Yesterday I was planning in being in Salt Lake City and meeting with friends, stockholders , associates, and each of you about current cases in Utah dealing with residents in your state (Thomas T. Wood, Estate of H. Clyde Davis/murdered, Estate of Joseph K. Stumph/murdered, Alan Barnes/murdered (son-in-law to Gordon Hinckley) due to his 2002 Winter Olympics bribery checks (Silent Witness; SLTribune), custody battle of Winston Manwaring, theft by deception against Rulon Weaver, real estate theft by Lynn Nielsen through her attorney Mike Roberts, Ralph Thompson Jr., and many others).
The federal criminal trial case against Missouri attorney, Thomas T. Wood (US v. Wood, 2:07CR8) had been scheduled to begin on the 21st. I had taken vacation time from my job here in Missouri to be in Utah. But when I conversed with a clerk for the Honorable Federal Judge Dee Benson he explained that it had been rescheduled for next week, July 28thto commence. I figured it was delayed a week so US Attorney for Utah Brett L. Tolman, an active Mormon, could testify at the special hearing at this Thursday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on polygamy, requested by Nevada Senator Harry Reid, D-Nev., also an active Mormon, exploring "Crimes Associated with Polygamy: The Need for a Coordinated State and Federal Response". Yesterday I talked with David Denning and he is still searching for Dr. Lynn Ridenhour, PhD here in Missouri to testify in the Wood case. Roy Browne is still the best source (former landlord). I have been successful in getting Mr. Wood to continue to communicate with me throughout this year and will supply the evidence for this Utah case.
US Attorney Brett Tolman is a very close friend and former employee to Senator Orrin Hatch, who sits on the Judiciary committee. It is very important for Mr. Tolman to explain how the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints (“Mormon Church”) allows polygamy temple sealing for only male members even today. This practice has never stopped since the days of Brigham Young. For this reason many fundamental groups currently practicing polygamy keep very close to Salt Lake City. These fractional groups follow many other guidelines and practices by the Mormon Church for profit, such as, teaching blind obedience to only follow the “prophet” in every day activities. This truth was a constant issue raised to Mitt Romney while he was campaigning for President up and through his resigning to run. I am a former “prominent church leader” within the Mormon Church and have years of direct dealings with church leaders since 1960, especially Richard G. Scott and Jeffrey R. Holland.
I flew Tom Wood to Kansas City, Missouri on February 14, 2007 where he committed perjury in an Independence, Jackson County, Missouri case involving himself, Dr. Ridenhour, and Roy Browne as Defendants where I was a Plaintiff. Due to long-standing, multi-layered network corruption in Utah and Wood’s perjury, I have worked with Adam Jobes, criminal investigator, US Department of Treasury and the Kansas City FBI Offices connecting Mr. Wood to real estate fraud through Utah funds. Mr. Wood falsely represented to the IRS while they had a lien on 55 acres in Independence, MO during the same time he was falsely reporting his income to the IRS. We hope justice prevails.
I was recently retained by Utah resident Ralph Thompson Jr. as a Private Investigator and conversed with his attorney, John Markham, yesterday about false allegations raised by FBI Agent Steve Widdle. I am an expert witness against Utah banks illegally removing funds from accounts since Zions First National Bank did that to me back in 1993 in Provo just after I became a licensed/bonded private investigator in Orem, Utah. We prevailed and peacefully settled our case after Zions Bank Board Members, Neal A. Maxwell and Dr. Russell M. Nelson MD resigned in December, 1993. Mr. Maxwell personally apologized to my father, H. Clyde Davis, for being a part of it. John Markham has over 30 years of trial and appellate experience across the country in both federal and state courts. He was a federal prosecutor for six years (1983-89) in San Diego, San Francisco and Boston, where he was appointed as Chief of the Major Fraud Section. Mr. Markham has taught law at the Harvard Law School as an adjunct faculty member (1986-89), at the University of Santa Clara Law School as a tenure track professor (1989-92), and as an instructor at the Attorney General's Advocacy Institute at the Department of Justice.
My work schedule next week does not allow me to travel to Utah so I hope and pray fair justice will prevail and all truths will be made known, especially against polygamy. Tom Wood is a friend to Christopher Nemelka, a former Mormon Church security guard who is practicing polygamy. His federal defamation complaint against the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was filed and immediately dismissed by Judge Paul G. Cassell on July 17, 2007.
Last year I discovered and told the FBI, Salt Lake County prosecutors and the Salt Lake City Police investigating this terrible tragedy that Mr. Nemelka knew the Trolley Square murderer, Sulejman Talovic, who was killed on February 12, 2007 in Salt Lake City. Tom Wood’s son, Micah Wood was engaged to Kaitlin Hinckley. Her sister and mother were shot by Talovic. Recently the Denver 10th Circuit Court of Appeals denied a case represented by attorney Paul G. Cassell, representing Ken and Sue Antrobus, the parents of Trolley Square murder victim Vanessa Quinn.
