35 GLOBAL AIR CARGO CITIES OF COMMERCE; NETWORK, UNITE, AND ELEVATE THE WORLD WITH TRUTH, TECHNOLOGY, AND OPPORTUNITY

In 1960, a young boy had a life changing experience. During this three day “event” he envisioned future global Air-Cargo “Cities of Commerce” which would transform the world into peace and prosperity. These Cities are based on an “Honor Code” with people free to dream, to ask questions, and to seek truth. The Air-Cargo job opportunities, life improvement and world enhancing capabilities unite the world in truth and prosperity. Truth, education, and communication is the foundation for everyone who desires to learn, work and improve their lives. The exporting of food, hand-crafted and manufactured goods, technologies and resources world-wide by air-cargo capabilities without the restriction of poverty, ignorance, politics and/or greed limiting a country’s potential provide opportunities never experienced by mankind. Character development, self sufficiency and self-esteem of each individual who chooses to is elevated with the reward of freedom from economic and personal stress with time for beneficial learning, work, regeneration of the body, and recreation. A separate air cargo airport accommodates extensive warehousing, high-tech manufacturing and intermodal facilities saving time and costs through state-of-the-art handling operation.

All Cities of Commerce operate under the auspices of Native American Sovereignty with the A.T.L.A.S.(Ancestral Tribal Leaders of Americas’ Sovereignty) Organization. All Cities of Commerce operate under the umbrella of a University Research and Development operation. This affords sovereign rights and protection, and the freedom to bring in technologies and opportunities heretofore suppressed. We are taking to the world the Example of an uncorrupted America which was founded on Freedom. Refugees who have fled from their homelands for the freedoms of America will have the opportunity to return home to live without tyranny and/or poverty. This will also reverse the employment/economic problems created by the large influx of refugees into America.

The design of this Cities of Commerce Project began in 1965 in San Manuel, Arizona. A young man was managing his father’s local drug store in a totally owned and operated mining community (underground copper mine). The founder has owned and operated many successful businesses, acquired patents and technologies and has served as Assistant to the President and Manager of Major Universities. The Founder has several degrees and certifications and is a very devoted individual with knowledge about all religions, faiths and ancient scriptures. They have traveled the world as a united force of One, meeting with leaders of governments, religions, organizations and commerce culling KEY contacts and contracts necessary to immediately implement this Cities of Commerce Project. They are strong individuals, husband and wife with a mission united as ONE in purpose and are multi-faceted in their talents and communication abilities and have proven themselves as successful negotiators. They believe in competition and allowing countries to vie for the opportunity of having a city built in their land. They have already had success in having thousands of acres of land donated for the potential sites and have been promised Federal land at $1 an acre. The concept of countries bartering goods for import/export opportunities will be masterfully accomplished for the betterment of all. She is a professional in the Holistic field, an advocate for the equality of women and was a highly respected radio talk show host for years with her own program. She “brings on board” her knowledge of the natural healing arts for the detoxification, emotional healing, and regeneration of all individuals in the global cities who desire to improve their lives in all aspects. All volume acquisition will be done at top levels, fairly and evenly disbursed among competitors to ensure best use of monies and economic stimulation. The Cities of Commerce Project envisioned in 1960 is presently designed/engineered and approved world-wide. This plan was also presented by President Ronald Reagan, a personal friend of the founder, at a G-7 conference and approved. This project has nothing to do with any church or government entity and is “private” to nullify corruption by those with self-serving agendas and greed. This controlling “elite” have been in positions of power for most of the world’s history of suppression.

In this new Millennium, Global sharing of truth, resources and technologies will thrust our world into an elevated existence. Peace, prosperity, education, and hope will unite the world working together affording continual opportunities of evolvement. History does NOT have to repeat itself WHEN mankind learns from past mistakes. These cities are for all who desire to live by higher standards. Negative, addictive activities such as alcohol, smoking, drugs, gambling, promiscuity, theft, abuse, crime and secret satanic oaths that control are conducive only to promoting insecurities, pain, suffering and low levels of life which debase and enslave a person’s soul. All pure-hearted individuals with integrity who desire to live an enhanced life free of addictions, economic and personal stress may choose to work in the Cities of Commerce by agreeing to live by an Honor code. If the Honor code is violated, it is because the individual freely chooses not to live in the Cities. Substance abuse rehabilitative facilities using Aloe Vera chelation, state-of-the-art technologies and other detoxification/regeneration programs and behavior enhancement for addicts will be implemented to afford everyone the opportunity to eventually qualify for employment. It is a known fact that the success of AAA and NAA is attributed to the introduction of God into the addict’s life. God is a Power for change that is recognized. God is the inspiration and foundation for the success of the Cities of Commerce.

All cities will be built using technologies that have been suppressed by the controlling world elite. There will be no need for vaccinations which have been used to spread man-made diseases such as AIDS for "population control". There will be no profit-driven surgeries other than definite need or emergency applications. The bodies natural immunities and healing capabilities will be enhanced. Toxic chemicals will be controlled and/or replaced for natural alternatives. Metal coatings will eliminate the rusting and decay of metal and increase it's strength and durability. For instance, coating the filaments in light bulbs will mean no replacements and no waste of resources. Energy will be free with no control by utility companies. Electric and hydrogen vehicles will not pollute the atmosphere. Buildings will last for hundreds of years based on new technology of cement that can duplicate any building material such as marble, wood, etc. in wide-spectrum applications. There will be no required upkeep. The construction will be amazingly strong, sound-proof, and be resistant to earthquakes, tornadoes, fire, flood, mold, and insects and not deplete the earth's atmospheric cleansing and producing forests. The natural healing harmonics of nature and the human body will be enhanced using healing and up-lifting technology such as music which might be different for everyone based upon response. Individuals will be given the opportunity to improve themselves with freedom of choice in a healthy condition, free from stress and have the opportunity to get to know themselves, their capabilities, and to know God.

These cities will be built using  State-of-the-Art air filtration and enrichment devices, water purification (ozone instead of chlorine), enhanced nutritionally superior foods (home-grown in green houses using advanced technologies), and a near-chemical free environment (this includes industrial and household cleaning products, personal care and beauty products). Purchasing of all needed items and supplies will be geared towards improving health and well-being with the knowledge of the relationship of chemicals and disease. Intensive Research (ongoing for many years) and attention to details will provide the greatest opportunity for the inhabitants of these cities. Diverse researched product lines will be available with the highest quality and range of choices within the specifications required to improve health. The Wellness Clinic will be geared to the detoxification and regenerating of the body, mind and spirit to improve health and longevity holistically. State-of-the-Art healing equipment and technology will be in the Wellness Clinic and, as needed, in the homes/living centers. Training Centers are established with existing universities throughout the world, enabling each participant in this Project to begin to understand the importance of a new “System” through new and improved methods of air cargo applications.

The Communities of residence range from one quarter to a square mile with a central location for individual/student communication and discussion/recreation, using state-of-the-art technology, under the direction of excellent university administrations and research experts in every discipline of life. A new college campus will house thousands of “Single” Students with communities comprised of 20,000 residences under a 5-year agreement with each working collectively towards an Air Cargo Wayport Center, connecting 35 Municipal and existing airports, within 600 miles of each City of Commerce. There will be twenty-seven Cities of Commerce globally connecting to provide Next-Day/Second-Day Air from every corner of the earth.

The Cities of Commerce Project is about an industrial economic infrastructure development, creating the basic community and regional infrastructures of services and facilities so public consumers and businesses can grow and prosper, and families can sustain themselves at a reasonable high standard of living. It is also about restructuring the air transportation system relative to cargo handling on a global basis to effectuate a method of handling orders and delivery of goods worldwide in a similar manner as passenger traffic is handled. Just as the internet through communication freedom has impacted us globally, the Cities of Commerce Project will further enhance and transform the world. Improvement of Life for the masses of people in a global setting is the focus, individually.

The best way to begin a Project like this is to deal with a group of people who are willing to live within an Honor Code System as each step is “created” and “improved” through faith in the “standard” and “destiny” of equal and debt-free exchange of goods and services. The best way to clean up the corruption of a cityis to build a new city based on the principles of integrity as presented in the Cities of Commerce Project.

Each City of Commerce will utilize a system of receiving and dispatching air freight and the required interfaces of the various group transportation systems to minimize the time required to land, exchange cargo, refuel, and take off. Through this program countries throughout the world will be able to access economic resources to establish sustainable economic security. It represents a potential worldwide network of similar facilities capable of handling cargo in a similar fashion in order to establish an on-time cargo delivery system for 48 hour delivery anywhere in the world. The world public deserves this system.

Each City of Commerce Air Cargo facility will initially service international cargo hauling aircraft by providing basic refueling needs to get the planes back into the air as quickly as possible. This concept will be duplicated in other locations around the world to create a coordinated international network of Wayports. They would function in the same manner, meaning that all would be capable of accommodating a regular schedule of cargo carriers by unloading and reloading containers with extreme efficiency. Likewise, smaller communities, with their individual food, products and services, can market internationally to other small communities of the world and assist mutual domestic economic stability.

The primary purpose of this plan is to directly induce economic benefits to communities and their peoples. It will induce industrial, manufacturing, commercial and professional job opportunities in a way that governmental entities cannot provide. This Project streamlines the way to do business for all to participate in.

Between 2000 and 2002, the Jared Trust had circulated a global Game Plan to over 110 entities, world-wide, commencing with the Royal Family of Japan and the Government of Free Vietnam (researching the feasibility in the return of 100,000’s of American Vietnamese to their homeland for re-settlement).

Over years we have determined there are select “groups” of individuals and family units who would be willing to give up their present lives of status quo, be willing to leave the USA or relocate in the USA for a five year commitment and experience a new “college” life building a state-of-the-art community. The character which is needed to “shoot for the stars” typically is acquired by experiencing hardships and/or other defining growth promoting experiences. These people need to be loyal Americans with pure hearts willing to be taught eye-opening truths of present day corruption, human potential, and core values. We are utilizing the same great foundation that America was founded on; “IN GOD WE TRUST”. These INITIAL discriminated groups have been identified as follows:

• American Singles, and/or divorced families/individuals
• Vietnamese Boat People, placed by the United Nations (1982-1984) Government of Free Vietnam, headquarters in Southern California over 4 milion stong operating with many national and international communities.

• American Correctional Institutions -- private, state, local or government owned
• Native Americans – feel they are second class citizens in their own country
• Other ethnic groups who came to America to be free and are still living under the rule of “tribal law” in America (Japanese, Asian, Filipinos, South Americans, Hispanics, Africans, Middle Easterners, Europeans, etc.)

Presently, we have over 80,000 (American Singles) willing to make changes in their lives and live under a UCLA/a Private or State University HONOR CODE SYSTEM OF RULES. These individuals will need to be willing to live by a higher standard of health, free of addictive substances. We cannot compromise the high standards required as “where much is given, much is expected”. These people have had to rebel, fighting for their personal truths against unjust enforced “status quo” expectations in their society by becoming single after marriage. They have chosen truth over generations of tradition. Foreigners living in America who want to return to their homeland, plus Native Americans wanting a better life are also candidates ready to be “taken from the lone and dreary world” and become pioneers in this venture. The knowing expectation is that by the example of great opportunities and a better life eventually the entire world will unite in this Project. Everybody is entitled to equal fair treatment and can earn this opportunity based on their desires, determination, hard work, education and free agency.

In our opinion, the two safest nations, with economy and faith the closest, are the United States of America and a nation like Japan, Chile, Germany, England, Canada, France or Brazil. We have designed a Community of Education and Commerce, by having 10,000 U.S.Families moving to Americans (or another foreign nation) and working under a University umbrella to construct a 100,000 home community, working under an HONOR CODE SYSTEM with “state run” educational institutions. The Cities of Commerce Business Plan is very detailed and has been approved all over the world for the past 14 years (since 1989). It has been up-dated and the 1996 version was presented with a signed Agreement with the Royal Family of Japan (Yoshio Kadono/Lady Grace Yamamoto) and the government of Free Vietnam in January, 2001 in Osaka, Japan. The game plan calls for new cities being built simultaneously: USA and Brazil and elsewhere for reliability and innovation. There will be a Joint Venture established with 35 existing Municipal City Airports which would be surrounding the new Community, within 600 miles. It was Lady Grace that informed us that our plan was being copied by the "moneychangers". She sent to us their newspaper clipping of a counterfeit “Cities of Commerce”. She has since died mysteriously.  This same type of an “accident” has happened to others by those who are a part of the mind-control corruption (Iraq Prison torture/CIA MKUltra Congressional Hearings of 1977). We honor her with our continued integrity and faith in God. Those who copy our God-given program will be NOT be blessed by God, but rather cursed.

THIS SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY was designed to provide global solutions to human welfare needs while solving environmental concerns in a sustainable balanced developmental program. There are four areas of interest:
(1) A Global Surface Transportation Infrastructure;
(2) A Global Air Transportation Infrastructure (Wayport System);
(3) Ancillary Support Project—Regional existing airport systems;
(4) Impact Mitigation (community’s diversity, with a common Educational/ Economic Structure)’
(5) Security and Communications.

Over thirty years, we have followed a 6-point process for a National Discussion for a NEW ECONOMIC DIRECTION in many different nations:
1. Identify and meet with the moral leaders in the community and bring them together to determine the people’s immediate needs through communication, sharing knowledge, service and charity.
2. Bring these people together for the purpose of defining, not imposing, the common core of shared
values. Controlled experimentations were conducted between entities/individuals for results.
3. Take that defined set of values and use it as the basis for an ethics audit of the community
4. Do another ethics audit that looks at social, legal and economic policy as it affects the community. (The Local Brazilian Citizens/or another country will need to have something in common working JOINTLY WITH USA CITIZENS, thus many international American Citizens have been recruited for this purpose.)
5. Build on that and then design an ethics impact statement along the lines of an environmental impact statement. Bring some of America’s customs to create a Modern Day Freedom Society, into a foreign land, working jointly with a similar USA community---doing the same thing at the same time…
6. Build a local coalition with the kind of momentum that allows these steps to happen. (A society built under the concept of learning ONE DAY AT A TIME – IMPROVING ONESELF, as an individual/family/community structure)

How do you convince the U.S. Military to join us in the Project? We invite them to establish a Joint Venture, using the U.S. Air Force as an entity at the Airport, for security purposes while 10,000 U.S. families work with thousands of local citizens in a new Economic Global Operation.

A Learning Center is the first priority with a one square mile operation with its own airstrip and power generating capabilities. This will be a miniature city of an airport operation dealing with the hiring, education and training of up to 25,000 people. A hotel, restaurant, service station, grocery and goods store, green houses for superior nutritional food production, training/recreation facility, wellness and physical fitness clinic and homes are a part of the initial program.
