Dear Jeff,

I appreciate your sincere beliefs in angels and their protection. As I wrote to you last week about repentance, (http://www.mormon.citymax.com/repent.html) I have had guardian angels 24/7 for over 48 years. You have been true to this for over 28 years. When you became the President of the Brigham Young University you gave an excellent talk, For Times of Trouble. “In the gospel of Jesus Christ you have help on both sides of the veil, and you must never forget that. When disappointment and discouragement strike---and they will---you remember and never forget that if our eyes could be opened we would see horses and chariots of fire as far as the eyes could see at reckless speed to come to our protection. They will always be there, these armies of heaven, in defense of Abraham’s seed.” Then in the May, 2007 Ensign magazine article, The Tongue of Angels, you wrote: “Speak hopefully, speak encouragingly, including about yourself….” I am the eternal optimist in life, Elder Holland because I know angels speak to me every day and night about the strength within the Original Book of Mormon and how it tells more truth than any other book ever printed, including the 2008 Book of Mormon published by the LDS Church.

Six years ago I told you about the purchase of a gold mine we made in Northern Chile and that my father, H. Clyde Davis, was our geologist and he valued property at over $8 Billion. I sought your assistance in conversing with a convert, Cris Lopehandia, in Santiago, Chile about our investment. His brother, Jorge Lopehandia of Vancouver, BC, Canada is our partner. I got a letter (July 14, 2002) from you as you were about to leave for Chile, South America. You stated: “I know very little about what my assignment will entail in Chile and I know absolutely nothing (beyond what you have told me) about the Jared Trust. I will be leaving for Chile on August 13. Once I am there I will try to look over the lay of the land and see what I can learn about the matters you have raised.” When you returned I understand you reported your investigation to the 1st Presidency and they recommended you not respond as a follow-up to your letter. Is this true? Did President Thomas S. Monson participate in this recommendation? I know how close he is with you. President Ezra Taft Benson was your cornerstone for years at the BYU while I was President of the Church.

After you received your bachelor’s (65) and master’s degree at the BYU (66) you served as an Institute Director in Hayward, California and Seattle, Washington. That is what happened to my father. He got his master’s degree in Economic Geology/Chemistry at the BYU (1952) and then served as the Institute Director in Tucson, Arizona. Clyde then studied for over twelve years in Mineral Administration and Administrative Procedures at the University of Arizona (PhD). You got another Master’s Degree and a PhD at Yale (American Studies). You were serving as the Institute Director in Salt Lake City when you were appointed the Dean of Religion at the BYU, the youngest dean in 1974. This happened right when Clyde Davis and BYU President Dallin H. Oaks got a $12,000,000.0 check from Phelps Dodge Corporation for some copper mining claims in eastern Arizona, staked back in 1954. We did the assessment work on this property for twenty years. You were the commissioner of education between 1976-80 then replaced Oaks as President of the BYU. At the death of President Benson, you were called to be an Apostle for the Lord, Jesus Christ. I know you have had guardian angels for years watching you.

Elder Holland, because I deal with angels on a daily basis, I for 35 years (1960-95) functioned mostly like Mormon of old by giving guidance to the leaders of the LDS Faith. Beginning with President David O. McKay in 1966 when I became 16 years old we moved to Provo, Utah upon his request. President McKay hired my father to be over five departments of the Church. A new department was created (Church Education Developmental Office) and my father had an office on the 3rd floor at the BYU Abraham Smoot Building, just down the hall from the Office you used when you were the BYU President. He and all the Apostles of 1960 invited me to always visit them and share what wisdom I had for that specific day. They then acted on it. My favorite scripture to them was Mormon 2:1-2; 3:8-11:

“And it came to pass in that same year there began to be a war again between the Nephites and the Lamanites. And notwithstanding being young, was large in stature therefore the people of Nephi appointed me that I should be their leader, or the leader of their armies. Therefore it came to pass that in my sixteenth year I did go forth at the head of an army of the Nephites, against the Lamanites, therefore three hundred and twenty and six years had passed away…..And in the three hundred and sixty and second year they did come down again to battle. And we did beat them again, and did slay a great number of them, and their dead were cast into the sea. And now, because of this great thing which my people, the Nephites, had done, they began to boast in their own strength, and began to swear before the heavens that they would avenge themselves of the blood of their brethren who had been slain by their enemies. And they did swear by the heavens, and also by the throne of God, that they would go up to battle against their enemies, and would cut them off from the face of the land. And it came to pass that I, Mormon, did utterly refuse from this time forth to be a commander and a leader of the people, because of their wickedness and abomination.”

For years I told these LDS Leaders that for 42 years Mormon was the leader of the Nephites and then refused to lead them because of their “wickedness and abomination”. I told them that by 2002 (42 years after my near death experience) Salt Lake City could be the most wicked city on this earth and a terrible event would happen, like in my “Best Bottle Hitter” parable I wrote in November, 1960 at the St. Mary’s Hospital. This what I wrote:

“Once there was a circus in Provo. One day this boy came to the circus with his sister. His name was John. He was a star bottle hitter. His sister’s name was Jan. She was a dancer. When they went in the circus grounds they saw a throwing pin and a dancing place. Then John went to the bottle pin. And then Jan went to the dancing place. The boy won many prizes and the girl won first place. Then Jan got done before John did. When Jan got there Jan saw all the prizes John had won. Then Jan saw a boy who hadn’t won any prizes. Jan got the best prize that John had won and gave it to the boy. He was so happy. He paid the man 10 cents and hit them all down.”

There are four persons in this parable I wrote as a ten year old boy at the St. Mary’s hospital in Tucson, Arizona, recovering from an accidental gun shot wound to my head and right after I woke up from a three day coma. Do you know who John is? Jan is? Man at the throwing pin? The boy without prizes?

I was given permission by Angel Moroni to warn President David O. McKay (who believed he was like David of Old) of a great circus coming to Provo and Johnny attended it as the Best bottle hitter. His sister, Jan, was the best dancer (a performer, wanting the glory like Lucifer). I challenged these leaders to be like “Johnny” rather than like “Jan”. I specifically attended the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City/Provo under FBI protection. The LDS Church acted like “Jan”!

John is Heavenly Father in the flesh as Jesus Christ (Mosiah 15:1-5, Alma 11:23-40)

Jan is the fallen angel, god of this earth (the Virgin Mary see 1st Nephi 11:18)

Man collecting money (money changer) at the throwing pen is the "next called Apostle" (1961, Gordon B. Hinckley). I was told during my three day Near Death experience by God that the "next called apostle would be the Anti-Christ". Hinckley confirmed this publically by stating in General Conference "All is well in Zion" fulfilling 2 Nephi 28 regarding the Anti-Christ "carefully leading the Saints astray" and the "Great and Abominable Church" (where much is given, much is expected; altered Book of Mormon changing the identity of God, belief in polygamy, Masonry/Satanic Secret Combinations/Blood Oaths, thefts of "covenated" assets, murders carried out by Danite Warriors, etc.).

The Boy is Steve Davis, someone who has given up everything to fulfill his mission from God, and has been protected from countless assassination attempts and illegal actions by the Mormon Mafia including vehicle tampering (police reports), poisoning, wire tapping, bought off lawyers and judges.

When President Howard W. Hunter died on March 3, 1995, I commenced to openly cry out repentance and commenced to expose the corruption from within, as warned in D&C 64 and 112. While Elder Hunter was alive, I believed repentance could have come through him. He was fully aware of my Provo law suit against Zions First National Bank with my father as a plaintiff in 1993. When Neal A. Maxwell and Russell M. Nelson resigned in December, 1993 from the Zions bank Board of Directions and personally apologized to my father, I believed Elder Hunter would take charge against the “money-changers” of the Church. All he did was give his famous speech, a research paper I had written in 1973, at General Priesthood Meeting, October, 1994 that every member has the responsibility to cause repentance of leaders whenever necessary.

For years (1966-2004) I met with Dr. Hugh Nibley in Provo. We discussed the importance of what the ancient records in the Middle East had to say about the same information given in the Original Book of Mormon. You spoke at his funeral in March, 2005. You read the 1st Presidency Letter to his widow, Phyllis, and the children about the exemplary life and defense of the LDS doctrine given by Dr. Nibley. You didn’t speak at the funeral of BYU Professor Dr. Richard Vetterli PhD in Provo. He wrote all your excellent US Patriotic speeches you’re famous of giving because Dr. Vetterli was a close friend of mine and served on the Kanco Energy Board of Directors when he mysteriously died.

Dr. Nibley relied on his BYU salary and retirement and did very little in exposing the corruption I have done. He wished he had the faith and the protection of guardian angels that I have, up and until his death a few years ago. He was very thankful Clyde and I sued Zions bank and stopped the merger of 1st Security Bank and Zions Bancorporation in 1999.

Could you please call or write to me to fulfill the promise you made in your letter to me back in 2002 about our investments with the Lopehandia Family in Chile? Remember the warning concerning liars and hypocrites and the prophet and apostles that are not?

“For it shall come to pass that the inhabitants of Zion shall judge all things pertaining to Zion. And liars and hypocrites shall be proved by them, and they who are not apostles and prophets (but proclaim themselves to be) shall be known. And even the bishop, who is a judge, and his counselors, if they are not faithful in their stewardships shall be condemned, and others shall be planted in their stead. For, behold, I say unto you that Zion shall flourish, and the glory of the Lord shall be upon her;…” (D&C 64:38-43).

P.S. On May 21, 2005, The Ancient Historical Research Foundation (AHRF), held a “Symposium” on the campus of Brigham Young University which prominently featured the engraved “Before Christ” rocks found by Russell Burrows of Illinois. Mr. Burrows loaned fourteen examples to AHRF and they were subsequently “examined” by Dr. Steven Earl Jones, Ph.D. (Full Professor, Physics and Astronomy; Brigham Young). In 2006 Dr. Jones was removed as a BYU professor because of his claims about the 9/11/2001 attack on the World Trade Center, New York City. Did the same “settlement” happen with Dr. Nibley? Were you involved in either of these activities? Hugh Nibley told me you were one of his best and strongest supporters about truth until you became an apostle in 1994
