LDS Judge Jay Bybee and Condoleezza Rice Justified Torture in Iraq!
It's the MKUltra LDS/CIA Mind Control In Action and Fully Exposed In Iraq and in the U.S.
Army Brigadier General David Irvine worked with Kanco Officer/Attorney Michael Howery while both served as Assistant Attorney Generals under Utah AG Vernon B. Romney back in 1972 and were very 'conservatives' in exposing fraud within law enforcement agencies
LDS lawyers, psychologists had a hand in torture policies
By David R. Irvine 04/29/2009
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (SLTrib) - An overheard conversation among several women at a local deli: "I can't believe this country elected Obama as president; it must be a sign of the end times when the Constitution will hang by a thread." The irony of this uniquely Utah political thread about church elders saving the Constitution might have shocked the lunch bunch had they read The Dark Side by Jane Mayer (Doubleday, 2008).
http://www.sltrib.com/ci_12256286?IADID=Search-www.sltrib.com-www.sltrib.com
Reading Mayer's disturbing book is likely to lead to the conclusion that the Constitution is more imperiled than ever; but it also reveals the troubling fingerprints of several of my fellow Mormons whose handiwork, not the Obama election, did so much to create the present crisis.
Although the decisions which put us in the grim business of torture, body-snatching, extraordinary renditions, making people disappear, indefinite confinement without charges and warrantless wiretapping were made by the president and vice president, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints served as helpful enablers. Not only did they provide the legal architecture, they provided the "scientific" patina for the plunge into the barbaric business of torture.
Take Latter-day Saint Timothy E. Flanigan, deputy White House counsel, who, along with David Addington, John Yoo, Alberto Gonzales, and Jim Haynes comprised the secretive "War Council" of lawyers -- a self-appointed group Mayer describes as having virtually no experience in law enforcement, military service, counterterrorism or the Muslim world.
Together, they were the brain trust that devised the legal cover that Vice President Dick Cheney needed to work his will. They secretly crafted the warrantless surveillance program which allowed the National Security Agency to intercept telephone calls and e-mails to and from American citizens within the United States. They secretly devised the Bush military commissions, which were essentially kangaroo courts and legally insufficient to satisfy the minimal adjudicatory standards required under the Geneva Conventions, which, as provided by the Constitution and Congress, constitute the supreme law of the land. They secretly conspired to ignore the law and frame interrogation techniques around the methods of the Spanish Inquisition, the Soviet KGB and Chairman Mao.
Flanigan once told his LDS ward congregation that it was gratifying "to work in a White House where every day was begun with prayer." In 2005, prior to his rejection by the Senate to be Gonzales' deputy attorney general, Flanigan was asked whether waterboarding, mock executions, physical beatings and painful stress positions were off-limits. "[It] depends on the facts and circumstances... ." He went on: "'Inhumane' can't be coherently defined."
BYU law school graduate Jay S. Bybee was the assistant attorney general directing the Department of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel. At the instigation of Addington and Yoo, Bybee issued official legal opinions that redefined the crime of torture to make it all but impossible to commit. Barbarity was not torture unless it created pain equal to death or organ failure. A newly-declassified Bybee memorandum lists 10 previously top-secret interrogation techniques approved for use by the CIA, including waterboarding.
Incredibly, Bybee seems to have been unaware that the United States had prosecuted waterboarding as a war crime after World War II. In 2003, before his role in authorizing U.S. torture was known, Bybee was given a lifetime judicial appointment on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Had his role in torture been known, it is unlikely he would have been confirmed.
Two devout Mormons also engineered the more grisly wet work. Because the CIA lacked personnel in 2001 with interrogation expertise, the agency turned to two psychologists, James E. Mitchell and John B. Jessen, who had worked with the Air Force's Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape programs. Neither had an intelligence or interrogation background or had experience with Muslim terrorists, but, according to the FBI, they had experience in designing, testing, implementing and monitoring torture techniques that were illegal in the United States and elsewhere in the civilized world.
These two were responsible for "reverse-engineering" the SERE program -- which was intended to toughen American pilots against torture (and the false confessions it had produced in the Korean War) -- and they built the CIA's surreal secret interrogation program around the same brutal coercion that had successfully forced American POWs to lie to their North Korean and Chinese captors. In other words, they assumed that the very brutality which had forced American soldiers to lie would magically force a Muslim terrorist to tell the truth, even if he had to be waterboarded 183 times.
Mitchell advised that suspects must be treated like dogs in a cage. "It's like an experiment, when you apply electric shocks to a caged dog, after a while, he's so diminished, he can't resist." The Mitchell/Jessen methodology became the basis for prisoner treatment at Guantanamo, Bagram, CIA secret prisons and Abu Ghraib. It involved isolation, sensory deprivation, disorientation, nudity, sexual humiliation, waterboarding, painful stress positions, withholding food and medical treatment, extended sleep deprivation and subjection to temperature extremes. These were used singly and, more commonly, in combination with one another.
Retired Air Force Col. Steve Kleinman, a former SERE instructor and interrogator, says of Mitchell and Jessen: "I think they have caused more harm to American national security than they'll ever understand."
David R. Irvine is a Salt Lake attorney and former Utah legislator residing in Bountiful. He was commissioned in the U.S. Army Reserve as a strategic intelligence officer in 1967 and retired as a brigadier general. He taught prisoner of war interrogation and military law for 18 years for the Sixth United States Army Intelligence School.
Brigadier General David R. Irvine is a retired Army Reserve strategic intelligence officer who taught prisoner interrogation and military law for 18 years with the Sixth Army Intelligence School. He currently practices law in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was elected to 4 terms in the Utah House of Representatives as a Republican from Bountiful, beginning in 1972. He has been involved in dozens of successful legislative election campaigns over a span of 25+ years. In 2008 he was co-counsel for Republican and Democratic legislators who filed two ethics complaints against sitting members of the House.
The legal justification for torture was written by LDS Judge Jay Bybee, graduate of BYU (and believer in polygamy). He was politically supported and endorsed in his views on torture by LDS Senators: Orrin Hatch of Utah, Harry Reid of Nevada, Robert Bennett of Utah, Michael Crapo of Idaho, and Gordon Smith of Oregon.
MORMONS COVER-UP, BLIND OBEDIENCE
Paul Rolly first wrote an article about me back in 1991 when I was suing my former adoption attorney, Utah Judge Pat B. Brian (LDS Regional Representative) and his former law firm, Nielsen & Senior, for legal malpractice in an adoption scam they forced me and my wife to be involved with. I invested tens of thousands of dollars, turned over my business management to my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD (a spy for Zions First National Bank = Clyde was in a BYU Stake Presidency) and called in favors from President Ezra Taft Benson and Apostle Howard W. Hunter to expose corruption of Gordon B. Hinkley and Zions bank to allow me to adopt a child which had been in my home for over 1-1/2 years.
The attorney for the birthmother (LizAnn Engemann, daughter to the famous Letterman singer, Bob Engemann) was Gary Sargent, son-in-law to Mormon Apostle James E. Faust (former liberal Utah Democrat Legislator and partner to CIA Agent Neal A. Maxwell). Bob Engemann and Clyde worked, side by side, for the LDS Foundation (1974 Deseret Management Corporation – richest corporation in the world worth Trillions of Dollars). One week before trial, LizAnn accepted a bribery offer by Elder Faust and caved in because I had the birthfather willing to testify about the life-style of LizAnn. I didn’t find out about the bribery offer until years later from my attorney, Mark Robinson, because he was told by President Gordon B. Hinckley to keep his mouth shout. Paul Rolly just found out how the Mormon Mafia operates in public view == keep your mouth shout when deliberate criminal actions happen which involves Mormon Apostles, and Profits/Prophets, and Mormon Politicians (Mitt Romney, Jon Huntsman, Harry Reid, Orrin Hatch, Jay Bybee, Kyle Sampson,……..the list goes on and on and on)
Steve Davis
Further insight on WHY Judge Jay Bybee legally approved TORTURE: He had to legally approve torture since it is used extensively in the MKUltra mind-control process of creating blindly obedient mind-controlled people: www.tranceformation.com ("Afterall, the Pope and the Mormon Prophet are in total support of our program" ~ A quote regarding the elite's desire for a "One World Order" peace-through-control program as recorded in LDS member/mind controlled survivor Cathy OBrien's book as stated by KKK Senator Byrd)
If you think the MKUltra mind control program is a fallacy, please research the Congressional Hearing exposure of this secret government-funded program by Senator Frank Church in 1977. This was available on the internet, and more information is available on this website (see tabs to the left). Thousands have been "processed" such as the Osmonds (why else was Marie Osmond "sexually abused as a girl by a family member" as she disclosed on live TV which was later politically corrected to be a neighbor?)
Why does Hugh Nibley's daughter (Martha Nibley Beck) boldly testify that her father ritualistically sexually abused her? It is part of the mind control practice of the ELITE to use a "sacrificial" (justified by Abraham's sacrifice of Isaac) child. If these mind-controlled or abused persons talk, they seem to be programmed to say they are "gay" or "lesbian" to discredit the truths they disclose. Many times, a child or children are subjected to homosexual advances to "create" alterations of sexual identities as proof of loyalty to the Masonic blood oath seriously taken by the elite leaders of the LDS church.
All temple going members take a Masonic blood oath of loyalty to the church over God or Country. Prior to 1990 the "penalty" of slitting the throat, cutting out the heart, disemboweling the intestines was acted out to show what a person would do to "suffer their life to be taken" if they disclosed the Masonic secrets and rituals of the LDS Temples. This part of the temple ceremony was changed in 1990, but it is still "ASSUMED" today. Every temple member also consecrates "their time, talents, and all that they do posses to the building up of the Kingdom of God" e.g. the church. Therefore, all LDS political leaders have a higher loyalty to the false prophet and apostles of the LDS church than they do to the American people.
Rolly: Former generals too liberal for some
By Paul Rolly, Tribune Columnist, 05/01/2009
When a group of retired U.S. Army generals and Navy admirals formed a study group several years ago in response to then-President Bush's "enhanced interrogation techniques" policy, it invited several religious groups to its Washington, D.C., meetings for educational discussions on interrogations and the evils of torture.
Several of those groups, including the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and an organization of Jewish Rabbis, later issued public statements condemning the use of torture.
At the suggestion of David Irvine, one of the generals in the group and a Mormon, they also invited a representative of the LDS Church's Military Affairs Committee to participate in the discussions.
The retired military leaders' position was clear: Some of the techniques authorized by the Bush Administration fit the legal definition of torture and the use of those techniques put national security at risk as well as risking the well-being of U.S. soldiers in the field.
But when the LDS representative returned from the meetings, according to Irvine, he told church officials that the group of generals and admirals was too liberal, so the church did not take a public position against the policies.
The "liberal" group included a former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a general who had held the same position currently held by Gen. David Petraeus and a former Israeli officer who had headed that country's anti-terrorist effort.
To be fair, former Republican presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani and John McCain refused to meet with the group, because the retired generals and admirals were seen as controversial because they dared question the policies of the president.

You need to sit down with Senators Harry Reid and Orrin Hatch and ask why they are required to blindly follow the Mormon Prophet/Profit in matters dealing with controlling all members of that faith. Mormons are excellent business executives because they have been taught since they were little children that they are very special in the eyes of God. Mormons can justify anything because of this life-long brainwashing technique, introduced to them through a LDS Temple requirement to give everything to the “church”. Modern day Mormonism set the pattern for all paid clergy to control their masses throughout the USA and now the world. It all began back in April, 1960 when the Mormons accepted the slogan, EVERY MEMBER A MISSIONARY. You are doing something which is very unique. You are listening to all Americans because you and President Obama come from a minority group and you want openness to prevail. The best part in your attitude comes from the New Testament, John 8:32: “The Truth Shall Set You Free”.
You are cleaning up many secret deals in the US Justice Department by openly talking about it. Thanks for your openness and willingness to let the general public participate. You have thousands of brilliant lawyers with the new directive to communicate with Congress and various groups seeking full-disclosure so they can understand why Assistant Attorney General Jay Bybee justified torture through a written opinion. The Democrats in Congress want to know everything about the corrupt Republican Executive Office. The Republicans in Congress and national radio talk hosts protected these “secrets” through lots of payoffs through advertisers and sponsors, worth Billions to them. ATLAS Cities of Commerce (“ATLAS”) discovered secret meetings in Salt Lake City, commencing in 1987 when Congress pass the law allowing Utah Corporations to act as unregulated banks. This was specifically set up for the CIA to bring in covert operations (drugs, sex, money-laundering cartels) and invest in the stock market, real estate ventures, corporate US ventures in globalization (One World Order, All Is Well In Zion).
ATLAS discovered US Senator Harry Reid (Nevada) and US Senator Orrin Hatch agreed to work together in picking the candidates for the November, 2008 presidential election. The funding for the initial public relations for introducing these two unknown candidates (Barack H. Obama and Mitt Romney) back in 2006 was Zions Bancorporation in Salt Lake. Both Mormon Senators are very faithful to the York Masonic (British Crown) secret society. Large stockholders in the Utah banking empire of the Mormon leaders were recruited to support these two individuals: Shawn Hannity for Romney and Warren Buffet for Obama. Unexpectedly vast Conservatives in the Republican Party quickly removed Romney (member of a cult) and settled in having Alaska Governor Sarah Palin (who grew up in Idaho and knew how corrupt the Mormon leaders are) represent the true conservatives. Her participation almost won the election for the Republicans.
The following is an exact example how corrupt Banking and Corporate America became through secret deals through the stock market and the more than 50 Utah industrial loan banks ($Trillions in assets). CIA funds for certain stocks can make or break a public company. Bribery and/or sex benefits on a few corporate leaders can destroy a whole business. The Mormon controlled CIA then comes in and buys it up for pennies. This is what Mitt Romney (CEO of Bain & Company)did before he was elected Governor of Massachusetts, a Catholic dominated state. The Vatican, Freemasons and Mormons are very powerful in the One World Order agenda, removing sovereignty in all nations, small and large – especially the Protestant Majority in the USA.
Precasting homes and offices has been a Kanco Energy, Inc. research operation since the 1980s with great success. Homes are be put up by a family and neighbors in just a few days with heavy equipment needed. Offices, up to four stories, are easy projects to construct:
For years Zions First National Bank has attempted to steal every Kanco idea and concept, like the above operation in Salt Lake City. Many pre-cast offices and buildings were built through the Don Johnson architect team located in Bountiful, Utah back in the 1980s while Kanco was front-page news all over the world in mining and energy resource acquisitions. Then in 2002 Young Living Essential Oil Founder, Gary Young, attempted to steal this technology through his wife, Mary (Kanco Board Member) through illegal wiretapping with the State of Utah Attorney General’s Office and Zions Bank. They were exposed after they attempted to bribe Don Johnson through an illegal circumvention attempt. Currently Gary Young is in Ecuador because he has attempted to steal lots of technologies and health processes from others and makes unwarranted health claims as an expert. Gary has a criminal record.
Kanco Stockholders Joseph P. Stumph and Richard Valgardson (Steve Davis’ cousin) sued Zions Bancorporation in 1999 to stop their monopoly attempts to control eight western state banking operations in the acquisition of First Security Bank. Warren Buffett had to regroup, again.
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire-Hathaway Inc. is a major stockholder in Zions Bancorporation and acquired Salt Lake base R. C. Willey Home Furnishings http://www.rcwilley.com stores in 1995 to infiltrate Kanco’s technologies in pre-cast home building. After Gary Young’s failed attempt to destroy Kanco in 2003, Warren Buffett acquired Clayton Homes, Tennessee for $1.7 Billion.
Clayton 'i-house' is giant leap from trailer park
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP, May 7, 2009) – From its bamboo floors to its rooftop deck, Clayton Homes' new industrial-chic "i-house" is about as far removed from a mobile home as an iPod from a record player.
Architects at the country's largest manufactured home company embraced the basic rectangular form of what began as housing on wheels and gave it a postmodern turn with a distinctive v-shaped roofline, energy efficiency and luxury appointments.
Stylistically, the "i-house" might be more at home in the pages of a cutting-edge architectural magazine like Dwell — an inspirational source — than among the Cape Cods and ranchers in the suburbs.
The layout of the long main "core" house and a separate box-shaped guestroom-office "flex room" resemble the letter "i" and its dot. Yet Clayton CEO and President Kevin Clayton said "i-house" stands for more than its footprint.
With a nod to the iPod and iPhone, Clayton said, "We love what it represents. We are fans of Apple and all that they have done. But the 'I' stands for innovation, inspiration, intelligence and integration."
Clayton's "i-house" was conceived as a moderately priced "plug and play" dwelling for environmentally conscious homebuyers. It went on sale nationwide Saturday with its presentation at the annual shareholders' meeting of investor Warren Buffett's Berkshire-Hathaway Inc. in Omaha, Neb.
"This innovative 'green' home, featuring solar panels and numerous other energy-saving products, is truly a home of the future," Buffett wrote his shareholders. "Estimated costs for electricity and heating total only about $1 per day when the home is sited in an area like Omaha."
Maryville, Tenn.-based Clayton Homes, acquired by Berkshire-Hathaway in a $1.7 billion buyout in 2003, delivered 27,499 mobile or manufactured homes last year, a third of the industry total. Kevin Clayton thinks the "i-house" very quickly could represent more than 10 percent of its business.
"I think in 12 to 18 months it is possible," he told The Associated Press. "That is a lofty goal, but it is very possible. Retailers are saying they want the home on their lots tomorrow. I know the demand is there. How fast we capture it is really just determined by how affordable we can make it."
Clayton Homes plans to price the "i-house" at $100 to $130 a square foot, depending on amenities and add-ons, such as additional bedrooms. A stick-built house with similar features could range from $200 to $300 a square foot to start, said Chris Nicely, Clayton marketing vice president.
The key cost difference is from the savings Clayton achieves by building homes in volume in green standardized factories with very little waste. Clayton has four plants in Oregon, Tennessee, California and New Mexico geared up for "i-house" production.
A 1,000-square-foot prototype unveiled at a Clayton show in Knoxville a few months ago was priced at around $140,000. It came furnished, with a master bedroom, full bath, open kitchen and living room with Ikea cabinetry, two ground-level deck areas and a separate "flex room" with a second full bath and a second-story deck covered by a sail-like canopy.
"It does not look like your typical manufactured home," said Thayer Long with the Manufactured Housing Institute, a Washington-based group representing 370 manufactured and modular home-building companies.
And shattering those mobile home stereotypes is a good thing, he said. "I think the 'i-house' is just more proof that the industry is capable of delivering homes that are highly customizable at an affordable price."
The "i-house's" metal v-shaped roof — inspired by a gas-station awning — combines design with function. The roof provides a rain water catchment system for recycling, supports flush-mounted solar panels and vaults interior ceilings at each end to 10 1/2 feet for an added feeling of openness.
The Energy Star-rated design features heavy insulation, six-inch thick exterior walls, cement board and corrugated metal siding, energy efficient appliances, a tankless water heater, dual-flush toilets and lots of "low-e" glazed windows.
The company said the prototype at roughly 52,000 pounds may be the heaviest home it's ever built.
The final product will come in different exterior colors and will allow buyers to design online, adding another bedroom to the core house, a second bedroom to the flex room or rearranging the footprint to resemble an "L" instead of an "I."
"We thought of this a little like a kit of parts, where you have all these parts that can go together in different ways," said Andy Hutsell, one of the architects.
Susan Connolly, a 60-year-old accountant who works from her conventional Knoxville home, hopes to be one of the first buyers. She's seen the prototype and has been talking to the company.
"I have been interested in green construction and the environment in my own personal life," she said. "It is nice to have a group of people that have thought of everything. Where you don't have to shop around and go to different places ... to find the products you want."
"I think it is smart. It is fresh. It is kind of hip for a new generation of green-thinking homebuyers," said Stacey Epperson, president and CEO of Frontier Housing, a Morehead, Ky.-based regional nonprofit group that supplies site-built homes and manufactured housing, including Clayton products, to low- and moderate-income homebuyers.
"You know a lot of people don't see themselves living in manufactured (housing), but a lot of those people would see themselves living in an 'i-house.' I could live in an 'i-house,'" she said.
"Are we repositioning to go after a new market?" Nicely said. "I would think we are maintaining our value to our existing market and expanding the market to include other buyers that previously wouldn't have considered our housing product."
The company sees the "i-house" as a primary residence — three developers already have inquired about building mini-developments with them — that also could appeal to vacation home buyers.
Brian McKinley, president of Atlantis Homes of Smyrna, Del., a manufactured-home dealer that sells Clayton and other brands, said the "i-house" resembles high-end custom homes he sees along the Delaware-Maryland shore.
It represents a "new direction and an innovative application for what our industry can do," he said.
"I think there is a market," McKinley said. "The challenge is to find that market and then will they visit this home at one of our traditional factory-built home centers. I think they (Clayton) want to find that out, too."
We have learned that we should rarely use cell phone when we’re conducting Kanco businesses throughout the world. When you served on the Kanco Board of Directors you always carried a cell phone to all of our meetings. Did you or others do this to secretly tape our meetings and activities? We have reasons to believe information was illegally acquired by Zions First National Bank. My father H. Clyde Davis informed us of the corruption against us from LDS leaders guilty of stealing Kanco vast assets. It is evident how easy our Kanco meetings were illegally wiretapped. We believe it was accomplished through the following technologies (five minute special report):
It is a fact that Gary Young and Wade S. Winegar, the Young Living Essential Oils corporate attorney (former Utah Attorney General’s Office) circumvented Kanco’s Bibleland design that we had the Famous Book of Mormon artist design for us back in 1971. After we caught you back in 2003, you resigned and fled even after Kanco stockholder Sharon H. Cook did extensive design work for your company's independent agents.
We believe Gary Young cut a secret deal with Zions Bancorporation, Warren Buffet, Governors Mike Leavitt and Jon Huntsman Jr. to illegally wiretapped all cell phones of Kanco stockholders, board members and officers, even friends and associates. It was initially called the Matrix System.
This week we talked to the Dr. Kevin Paul Price PhD, brother-in-law to D. Gary Young’s brother, Dana Clay Young. Dr. Price is a professor at Kansas State and Kansas universities. Dr. Price tells us Gary Young has fled the US and is living in Ecuador. Mary Billiter Young owns everything in Young Living Essential Oils because of the criminal record of Gray Young had as a con-artist.
Sincerely, ATLAS Cities of Commerce, the largest Kanco stockholder
US MILITARY PERSONNEL CAN CHALLENGE ANY ORDER BY A SUPERIOR IN IRAQ:
Each member of the US volunteer military is constantly given classes on the Geneva Convention and the required humane ways to treat prisoners and civilians. No soldier is required to follow any order that would violate these strict laws. In fact, it is the individual soldier's responsibility not to follow an unlawful order. LDS Army specialist Alyssa Peterson, 27 of Flagstaff, AZ serving with C Company, 311th Military Intelligence BN, 101st Airborne was an Arabic-speaking interrogator assigned to the prison at Tal-Afar in northwestern Iraq exercised this right she had. She was a college graduate in psychology and an excellent foreign language LDS returned missionary. After her second interrogation in Iraq she demanded to be released because she was against the torture process required by her commissioned supervisor. This torture practice was originally authorized in 2002, one year before by another Mormon (former UNLV Law Professor Jay Bybee in the US Justice Department). A few days later she committed suicide on Sept. 15, 2003, because she was being emotionally abused and denied an investigation through her rightful complaint and protest. The Army interviewed Peterson’s colleagues and concluded: "The reactions to the suicide were that she was having a difficult time separating her personal feelings from her professional duties. That was the consistent point in the testimonies, that she objected to the interrogation techniques…" The above information was obtained by Kevin Elston, a longtime Flagstaff, Arizona radio and newspaper reporter because he was unsatisfied with the public story and decided to probe deeper in 2005. He made "hundreds of phone calls" to the military and couldn't get anywhere, so he filed a Freedom of Information Act request. When the documents of the official investigation of her death arrived, they contained bombshell revelations.
As an avid Book of Mormon reader Alyssa Peterson knew what King Mosiah stated about the culpability through wicked actions: "that if these people commit sins and iniquities they shall be answered upon their own heads. For behold I say unto you , the sins of many people have been caused by the iniquities of their kings; therefore their iniquities are answered upon the heads of their kings." The Nephites then “relinquished their desire for a king, ...and every man expressed a willingness to answer for his own sins." Free agency is the greatest gift for all baptized members == the right to choose and the accompanying responsibility to answer for those choices made.
A report in The Arizona Daily Sun of Flagstaff -- three years after Alyssa's death -- revealed that Spc. Peterson's mother, Bobbi Peterson, reached at her home in northern Arizona, said that neither she nor her husband Richard had received any official documents that contained information outlined in Elston's report. In other words: Like the press and the public, even the parents had been kept in the dark. There is some evidence she may have been asked to sexualize the interrogation. We have evidence this occurred on other occasions. To date, the information on what actually occurred in the cage is classified. Another LDS return missionary, Kayla Williams, who knew Alyssa and was in Tal-Afar with Alyssa has stated that what was done violated Geneva Conventions. Kayla Williams talked to her about her problems shortly before she killed herself, and also took part in torture interrogations. She observed the punching of detainees and was forced to take part in one particular tactic: prisoners were stripped naked, and when they took off their blindfolds the first thing they saw was Kayla. She opted out, but survived, and is haunted years later.
Here's what Williams told Soledad O'Brien of CNN : "I was asked to assist. And what I saw was that individuals who were doing interrogations had slipped over a line and were really doing things that were inappropriate. There were prisoners that were burned with lit cigarettes."
All of this only gains relevance in light of the current debate over whether those who were "just following orders" in torture routines should be held accountable today.
Army Specialist Peterson knew she was violating the law against Iraqi prisoners. She acted immediately against the required torture and demanded an investigation. She was denied. She got no support from her father (Rich Peterson, an employee of the US Postal Service) and her brother, Grant. After being demoted she then became very emotionally upset because she felt she was helpless after she reviewed the words from LDS President Gordon B. Hinckley, made a few months earlier telling all LDS military personnel to blindly obey her leaders:
“…In the course of history tyrants have arisen from time to time who have oppressed their own people and threatened the world. Such is adjudged to be the case presently, and consequently great and terrifying forces with sophisticated and fearsome armaments are engaged in battle.
Many of our own Church members have been involved in this conflict. We have seen on television and in the press tearful children clinging to their fathers in uniform going to the battle front…. But as citizens we are all under the direction of our respective national leaders. They have access to greater political and military intelligence than do the people generally. Those in the armed services are under obligation to their respective governments to execute the will of the sovereign. When they joined the military service they entered into a contract by which they are presently bound, and to which they have dutifully responded. One of our Articles of Faith, which represent an expression of our doctrine, states: “We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law” (Articles of Faith, 1:12)….(we) are citizens of nations and are subject to the laws of our governments. Furthermore, we are a freedom loving people, committed to the defense of liberty wherever it is in jeopardy. I believe that God will not hold men and women in uniform responsible as agents of their government in carrying forward that which they are legally obligated to do. It may even be that He will hold us responsible if we try to impede or hedge up the way of those who are involved in a contest with forces of evil and repression…. We call upon the Lord, whose strength is mighty and whose powers are infinite, to bring an end to the conflict, an end that will result in a better life for all concerned. The Lord has declared, “For I the Lord, rule in the heavens above, and among the armies of the earth” (D&C 60:4).
(April 6, 2003, LDS General Conference final talk)
A year and a half earlier President Hinckley stated:
"Now, brothers and sisters, we must do our duty, whatever that duty might be. Peace may be denied for a season. Some of our liberties may be curtailed. We may be inconvenienced. We may even be called on to suffer in one way or another. But God our Eternal Father will watch over this nation and all of the civilized world who look to Him. He has declared, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord” (Ps. 33:12). Our safety lies in repentance. Our strength comes of obedience to the commandments of God." - Gordon B. Hinckley, “The Times in Which We Live,” October 2001 General Conference (Ensign, Nov. 2001, Page 72)
The actions of Federal Court of Appeals Judge Jay Bybee while he was the Assistant US Attorney General who legalized torture might have had an impact on Judge Mike McConnell’s recent resignation in Denver, Colorado. “…McConnell's nomination to the 10th Circuit in 2001 by President George W. Bush was stalled for more than a year as controversy swirled over his scholarly writings, one of which called the Roe v. Wade abortion-rights ruling an “embarrassment.”... Judge McConnell is very well aware of corrupt Mormon leader politics and their abuse against the US Constitution. Mormons believe they are above the law when they blindly obey their leaders in illegal activities.
U. law professor resigns from federal appeals court
Michael W. McConnell » He is leaving to teach at Stanford Law School.
Judge Michael W. McConnell's resignation from the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday was a surprise to many, but his love of teaching is not.
The Salt Lake City resident and University of Utah professor is leaving the bench effective Aug. 31 to teach at Stanford Law School in California and direct its Constitutional Law Center.
“This is a great court,” McConnell told The Tribune in a phone interview from his chambers in Denver, where the appeals court is based. “It's been a wonderful opportunity and a great chance for public service but my first love is teaching.”
Scott Matheson, a U. law professor, said McConnell's passion for teaching is evident. He said the judge is one of the nation's leading constitutional law scholars.
“Anyone who's had the opportunity to take a class from Professor McConnell had a tremendous experience,” Matheson said.
McConnell was a full time faculty member at the U. when he was nominated to the bench and continued to teach there during his 6½ years on the bench. He also arranged for the 10th Circuit to hold a session at the U. annually so first-year law students could hear appeals court arguments, Matheson said.
The judge's teaching reached legendary status among U. students with a course on the origins of the Constitution that he developed and co-taught with history professor James Clayton. The law school class was open to undergraduates, who soon made up at least half the enrollees.
“Michael unquestionably has one of the finest minds I've known up close,” Clayton, now retired, said. “Michael is a stellar teacher.”
McConnell's popularity as a teacher continued at Stanford, where he was twice a visiting professor.
According to the university, students at the Palo Alto school were instrumental in encouraging his appointment on the faculty.
McConnell's nomination to the 10th Circuit in 2001 by President George W. Bush was stalled for more than a year as controversy swirled over his scholarly writings, one of which called the Roe v. Wade abortion-rights ruling an “embarrassment.” He was confirmed by the Senate in November 2002.
President Barack Obama will nominate a successor to replace McConnell. The court, whose jurisdiction covers Utah and five other states, now is composed of eight full-time judges appointed by Republican presidents and four appointed by President Bill Clinton, a Democrat.
McConnell and Obama have crossed paths before, when McConnell was a law professor at the University of Chicago.
An article published last year by The New York Times says Obama, then president of the Harvard Law Review , impressed the future judge with his editing of an article McConnell wrote. McConnell brought Obama to the attention of the Chicago law school, which helped lead to Obama receiving a fellowship there in 1991, T he Times reported.
Please see the review of award-winning documentary "Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers" by Robert Greenwald on what is really going on behind the war in Iraq including U.S. Taxpayers ignorantly paying for torture and why this war is being prolonged. (found below).
If the crime is big enough and the wealthy powerful enough, they won't get caught
- Senator Frank Church exposed the reality of the MKUltra mind control in late 70's in U.S. Congressional Hearings (video available on the net)
- MKUltra torture demonstrated with the"ordered" torture in Iraq.
- Torture was justified by LDS Judge Jay Bybee.
- LDS political leaders backed up his justification of torture. Rumsfield signed the memo approving torture. All of the corruption needs to be exposed.
- The Catholic Priests were exposed in their cover-up of sexual abuse.
- And now the Satanic Occult Ritual Abuse (SRA) is exposed with the validation of repressed memories in the book "Hell Minus One." The author regained her repressed memories. Her parents, the trained abusers, sought direction from their LDS clergy. Then they wrote letters of confession verified by Utah state officials. This was a new ploy to make the church leaders look like the "good guys." Interestingly, the parents were never prosecuted, although they admitted to the abuse.
- Torture is very much a part of the MKUltra mind control and SRA is used to create the trauma needed to break someone as seen in Iraq.
Many pieces of the puzzle include the following:
- Presiding Bishop Glen L. Pace wrote an "interoffice Memo" (found on this site) exposing the hundreds of cases of SRA caused by Utah church leaders. Hundreds of children, women, and men individually testified of the same SRA treatment and that it was done by prominent church leaders that had abused them. Pace was concerned and thought the LDS "Prophet" and "Apostles" would be concerned as well.
- Prominent church leader Hugh Nibley's daughter accused her father of SRA torture.
- The book "Paper Dolls" tells about SRA occuring in two elite Salt Lake City, Utah neighborhoods with an Apostle's daughter and son-in-law as the sex abuse instigators.
- Utah ranks highest in the nation for pornography subscriptions and searches including pedophilia searches, also depression (see Utah statistics page on this site).
- The belief in polygamy and that men will become Gods creates lustful-minded men who have all taken an oath of secrecy and loyalty to the church (and not to God or country) in the LDS temples. In the satanic Masonic temples, women have to veil their faces as they are unworthy to "see" God.
From Steven C. Davis, 4/21/2009: I knew University of Nevada at Las Vegas law professor, Jay S. Bybee. For many years he gave legal advise to my father and others who were hired by the corrupt Mormon Church leadership to raise funds through theft of mining claims through mysterious circumstances caused against the owners of the federal or state mining claims or private property wanted by the "church". Bybee is a very smart person who looks out for himself, always. He was hired in 2001 by John Ashcroft to come to Washington DC and do the same “legal opinions” for Masonic Ashcroft (Missouri Pentecostal---gift of tongue religion who believes that Jesus is Heavenly Father, same teachings found in the 1830 Original Book of Mormon). Bybee convinced Alberto Gonzales, too. Bybee was appointed a life term Federal Court of Appeals judgeship in Las Vegas to protect his association with Nevada Senator Harry Reid (a devoted Mormon and liberal Democrat), supported by both Democrats and Republicans. Everybody knows the relationship between Jay Bybee and the 2002 Memorandum legalizing torture against any prisoner of the US . What did Gonzales do today, playing both sides in Washington DC ?
Torturing Judge Bybee: Make Him Eat His Own Words
If the day comes that Congress finally does its duty and begins an impeachment effort against 9th Circuit Federal Appeals Judge Jay Bybee, the former Bush assistant attorney general who in 2002 authored a key memo justifying the use of torture against captives in the Afghanistan invasion and the so-called "War on Terror", it would be fitting punishment to watch him squirm as his own words as a judge were played back to him.

A Top Interrogator Who's Against Torture
TIME MAGAZINE, By BOBBY GHOSH / WASHINGTON D.C. – FriDAY, Apr 24, 2009
He's the special agent who came in from the cold - and waded straight into the debate over the use of harsh interrogation techniques. Ali Soufan, a former FBI special agent and perhaps the most successful U.S. interrogator of al-Qaeda operatives, says the use of those techniques was unnecessary and often counterproductive. Detainees, he says, provided vital intelligence under non-violent questioning, before they were put through "walling" and waterboarding.
The crux of the argument over the CIA's techniques lies, not just in whether they constituted torture, but in whether or not they worked: did detainees like Abu Zubaydah - the first to go through the controversial coercive interrogation program - give up vital information? Defenders of the program have claimed that Abu Zubaydah, an al-Qaeda recruiter and close associate of Osama bin Laden, did provide crucial information, including the identities of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-proclaimed mastermind of 9/11, and "dirty bomber" Jose Padilla. (See six ways to fix the CIA.)
In an op-ed piece in the New York Times, Soufan says Abu Zubaydah gave up the information between March and June 2002, when he was being interrogated by Soufan, another FBI agent and some CIA officers. But that was not the result of harsh techniques, including waterboarding, which were not introduced until August. "We were getting a lot of useful material from [Abu Zubaydah], and we would have continued to get material from him," Soufan told TIME. "The rough tactics were not necessary."
Amid the politically charged debate over the techniques, Soufan's criticism carries special weight because it comes from someone intimately familiar with the little-understood art of extracting information from hard-as-nails jihadists. As a supervisory special agent from 1997 to 2005 - and one of the FBI's few Arabic speakers - Soufan was involved in a string of crucial investigations and interrogations, from the Millennium Bombing plot in Jordan to the U.S.S. Cole bombing in Yemen and a number of Gitmo interrogations. His greatest success was the interrogation of Abu Jandal, bin Laden's former bodyguard. After the 9/11 attacks, Soufan's interrogation of Abu Jandal yielded a rich trove of information on al- Qaeda, including the identities of some of the 9/11 attackers and the terror group's top leadership. (See pictures from inside Guantanamo Bay.)
Throughout that period, Soufan says he never felt the need for harsh interrogation methods. He argues that techniques like waterboarding don't work. "When they are in pain, people will say anything to get the pain to stop. Most of the time, they will lie, make up anything to make you stop hurting them," he says. "That means the information you're getting is useless." But his main objection to the techniques, Soufan says, is moral. To use violence against detainees, he says, "is [al-Qaeda's] way, not the American way."
Soufan says that view was shared for by the CIA officials who worked with him on the interrogation of Abu Zubaydah and others. But then the harsh methods were introduced, he says, by CIA contractors and Soufan protested. He was backed by his bosses at the FBI and pulled out of the interrogations. This led to a rift between the Bureau and the CIA that has not fully healed. Yet Soufan says that if any CIA officials are prosecuted for the use of harsh techniques, he "will be the first person to defend them." The real blame, he says, lies with "those who told them it is legal to do such things."
Soufan has left the FBI and now runs a security consultancy. Although he rarely speaks of his past life in public, he has given testimony to several Congressional hearings on Gitmo.
McClain Bybee is very close relative and associate to Federal Judge Jay Bybee. For years McClain and my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis, would do mining fraud for the LDS Foundation to set up a global “Humanitarian Service” operation throughout the world. Currently McClain is one of the leading men in charge of fund raising for the LDS Church. He did this for years in Las Vegas (while Jay taught law school and worked for Bush Sr./CIA). This began back in the 1980s when Jay Bybee worked in Washington DC for three years and the US Department of Justice (1981-1989), first in the Office of Legal Policy and then in the Civil Division. From 1989 to 1991, Bybee served as Associate Counsel to President George H. W. Bush. Jay Bybee was in charge of all Mormon CIA Agents in the Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations, laundering money through mining activities, directed by my father (bulk gold fraud, 300,000 metric ton commencing on September 23, 1985, Geneva, Switzerland through a signed Merrill Lynch contract with Kanco Board Member Fred Haydock, West Jordan Stake President.) This $3.3 Trillion transaction happened through Zions First National Bank and under the direction of Board Members, Ezra Taft Benson, Gordon B. Hinckley, Boyd K. Packer, L. Tom Perry, Neal A. Maxwell (CIA Agent) and Dr. Russell M. Nelson MD, all Apostles of the Mormon Church. These modern-day money-changers also stole the Kanco Energy Nevada Federal Mining Claims (Golden Age and Golden Eagle) which were the mother lode to the Bullfrog Mine (Barrick Gold, Toronto) and millions of ounces of gold and silver shipped to England (N. M. Rothschild and Sons Ltd) through a 1988 future gold loan transaction out of Chicago (Harris Savings - a CIA bank). Currently Fred Haydock is an LDS Bishop in Chicago, Illinois area. Fred was introduced to an airline stewardess from Las Vegas some seven years back and she is his second wife (celestial polygamy). Jay Bybee’s reward for his legal services to the Mormon CIA = life time federal judge.
Clyde Davis and Steve Davis sued Zions Bank in March, 1993 for theft and through the litigation Neal A. Maxwell and Russell M. Nelson resigned from the bank board (December, 1993) and Maxwell personally apologized for involved in covert and illegal/fraudulent activities against Kanco stockholders.
Deseret Management Corporation is the wealthiest corporation in the world, worth Trillions of Dollars. It was incorporated in 1974 following the mysterious death of LDS President Harold B. Lee on December 26, 1973 after he dissolved the 1923 Utah Corporate Sole, the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on November 19, 1973. President Lee was poisoned. This dissolved corporate sole still functions, illegally. Steve Davis believes his father was also poisoned on Easter Weekend, 2006 (blood-oath sacrifices on special dates, see Moses 5:28-29, Pearl of Great Price).
Kanco stockholders, Karen Rae Davis, Marc Galen Taylor and Steven C. Davis successfully sued this dissolved entity back in March, 2002 for defamation during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and won the right to challenge it in “state courts”.

Judge Jay Bybee graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1977. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1980. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the BYU Law Review.
(Associated Press 1/6/05) WASHINGTON - Attorney general nominee Alberto Gonzales drew scorching criticism from Senate Democrats on Thursday for his role in Bush administration policies on the treatment of terror suspects. He repudiated torture tactics and vowed at a contentious confirmation hearing to abide by international treaties on prisoner rights. "I will no longer represent only the White House. I will represent the United States of America and its people. I understand the difference between the two roles," President Bush's counsel told the Senate Judiciary Committee…..”
“….Less than a week later (in July, 2002), the (Jay Bybee) Justice Department issued two legal opinions that sanctioned the CIA's harsh interrogation program. The memos appeared to draw deeply on the survival school data provided to the Pentagon to show that the CIA's methods would not cross the line into torture. The opinion concluded that the harsh interrogation methods would be acceptable for use on terror detainees because the same techniques did not cause severe physical or mental pain to U.S. military students who were tested in the government's carefully controlled training program….”
Rice delivered OK to waterboard as Bush's adviser
WASHINGTON (AP, 4/22/09) – Then-national security adviser Condoleezza Rice verbally OK'd the CIA's request to subject alleged al-Qaida terrorist Abu Zubaydah to waterboarding in July 2002, a decision memorialized a few days later in a secret memo that the Obama administration declassified last week.
Rice's role was detailed in a narrative released Wednesday by the Senate Intelligence Committee. It provides the most detailed timeline yet for how the CIA's harsh interrogation program was conceived and approved at the highest levels in the Bush White House.
The new timeline shows that Rice played a greater role than she admitted last fall in written testimony to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
The narrative also shows that dissenting legal views about the severe interrogation methods were brushed aside repeatedly.
But even the new timeline has yet to resolve the central question of who inside the Bush administration first broached the idea of using waterboarding and other brutal tactics against terror detainees in the months after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.
The Intelligence Committee's timeline comes a day after the Senate Armed Services Committee released an exhaustive report detailing direct links between the CIA's harsh interrogation program and abuses of prisoners at the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in Afghanistan and at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison.
Both revelations follow President Barack Obama's release of internal Bush administration legal memos that justified the use of severe methods by the CIA, a move that kicked up a firestorm from opposing sides of the ideological spectrum.
According to the new narrative, which compiles legal advice provided by the Bush administration to the CIA, Rice personally conveyed the administration's approval for waterboarding of Zubaydah, a so-called high-value detainee, to then-CIA Director George Tenet in July 2002.
Last fall, Rice acknowledged to the Senate Armed Services Committee only that she had attended meetings where the CIA interrogation request was discussed. She said she did not recall details. Rice omitted her direct role in approving the program in her written statement to the committee.
A spokesman for Rice declined comment when reached Wednesday.
Days after Rice gave Tenet the nod, the Justice Department approved the use of waterboarding in a top secret Aug. 1 memo. Zubaydah underwent waterboarding at least 83 times in August 2002.
In the years that followed, according to the narrative issued Wednesday, there were numerous internal legal reviews of the program, suggesting government attorneys raised concerns that the harsh methods, particularly waterboarding, might violate federal laws against torture and the U.S. Constitution.
But Bush administration lawyers continued to validate the program. The CIA voluntarily dropped the use of waterboarding, which has a long history as a torture tactic, from its arsenal of techniques after 2005.
According to the two Senate reports, CIA lawyers first presented the plan to waterboard Zubaydah to White House lawyers in April 2002, a few weeks after his capture in Pakistan.
In May 2002, Rice, along with then-Attorney General John Ashcroft and White House counsel Alberto Gonzales met at the White House with the CIA to discuss the use of waterboarding.
The Armed Services Committee report says that six months earlier, in December 2001, the Pentagon's legal office already had made inquiries about the use of mock interrogation and detention tactics to a U.S. military training unit that schools armed forces personnel in how to endure harsh treatment.
In July 2002, responding to a follow-up from the Pentagon general counsel's office, officials at the training unit, the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency, detailed their methods for the Pentagon. The list included waterboarding.
But the training unit warned that harsh physical techniques could backfire by making prisoners more resistant. They also cautioned about the reliability of information gleaned from the severe methods and warned that the public and political backlash could be "intolerable."
"A subject in extreme pain may provide an answer, any answer or many answers in order to get the pain to stop," the training officials said in their memo.
Less than a week later, the Justice Department issued two legal opinions that sanctioned the CIA's harsh interrogation program. The memos appeared to draw deeply on the survival school data provided to the Pentagon to show that the CIA's methods would not cross the line into torture.
The opinion concluded that the harsh interrogation methods would be acceptable for use on terror detainees because the same techniques did not cause severe physical or mental pain to U.S. military students who were tested in the government's carefully controlled training program.
Several people from the survival program objected to the use of their mock interrogations in battlefield settings. In an October 2002 e-mail, a senior Army psychologist told personnel at Guantanamo Bay that the methods were inherently dangerous and students were sometimes injured, even in a controlled setting.
"The risk with real detainees is increased exponentially," he said.
Nevertheless, for the next two years, the CIA and military officials received interrogation training and direct interrogation support from JPRA trainers.
Last week, the Obama administration's top intelligence official, Dennis Blair, privately told intelligence employees that "high value information" was obtained through the harsh interrogation techniques. However, on Tuesday, in a written statement, Blair said, "The information gained from these techniques was valuable in some instances, but there is no way of knowing whether the same information could have been obtained through other means."
How close is President Obama to Mormon Senator Harry Reid?
Obama open to prosecution, probe of interrogations
WASHINGTON (AP, 4/21, 2009) – President Barack Obama left the door open Tuesday to prosecuting Bush administration officials who devised the legal authority for gruesome terror-suspect interrogations, saying the United States lost "our moral bearings" with use of the tactics.
The question of whether to bring charges against those who devised justification for the methods "is going to be more of a decision for the attorney general within the parameters of various laws and I don't want to prejudge that," Obama said. The president discussed the continuing issue of terrorism-era interrogation tactics with reporters as he finished an Oval Office meeting with visiting King Abdullah II of Jordan..........
Thursday, January 5, 2005 email from Steve Davis to:
Randy,
As a good investigator for truth, what does Randy do to find the truth?
By 1991 BYU Bishop Steve Davis needed to move on. He had been serving at the BYU 1st Stake for over 5 years. He enrolled at Utah Valley Community College to become a licensed and bonded Utah Private Investigator to get released. He told his attorney, Darwin Fisher, what he was doing and documented his actions for asking for a release as bishop. In 1992 Steve became a bonded/licensed PI. His office was at his Orange Julius, University Mall. Many client had an “OJ” while being interviewed. Research and discover the true intentions of a con-artist. Is that right? One year after Gordon became President of the Mormon Church he had “single” Sheri L. Dew write his biography. False kings like to have their “history” published when they become the “king”. Hinckley controlled the Mormon Church since 1981 when he became a member of the 1st Presidency. Hinckley wrote his own “story” between 1981-96! Why did Benson and Hunter attempt to expose Hinckley ? He was their 1st Counselor, so they had to be careful. Benson focused on the Book of Mormon. Hunter focused on being “temple worthy”. These were personal developments needed to every member who accepted the restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
What is Hinckley’s motto: Temple builder, many mansions each year (400 in the King interview) Why did President Hinckley state in 1996, “All is well in Zion ”? He had to because in President Ezra Taft Benson’s 1989 Conference “pride” speech he said, “All is not well in Zion .”
Your comments tell a thousand words to me: “All Crooks it appears to me any more Leavitt will be a good little fascist for The reincarnated Hitler and Our new Governor is a member of the CFR with Pres Hinkleys endorsement ,this was done along with the endorsement of Bush, and an admission that he (Hinkley was once a partisan political in the Republican party ( Interview on Larry King Show 12- 04). how do you account for this, being that Hinkley and faust are supposedly Democrat Liberals?”
The key to the success of King Solomon (the best Masonic Leader, ever) in taking 1,000 wives was to “verbally” be in both camps and quietly infiltrate the enemy (Trojan horse tactic). When King Solomon was approaching an enemy nation his whole objective was to murder the rulers and befriend the people. He did this through marriage to the only surviving daughter of the opposing “king”. By the 2nd generation King Solomon was their “saint”.
Gordon Hinckley was hired in 1935 to represent “all members” of the Mormon Church through a uniform Public Relations employment opportunity. He has been the ‘best’ in this image position. He was taught by the 1st Counselor to President McKay (since 1951) who to use as “fronts” to camouflage his own actions. Randy, who were very vocal and didn’t trust each other in the Quorum of the 12? Hugh B. Brown and Ezra Taft Benson were the best two examples.
President McKay was a devoted liberal Democrat (his own professional background proved that). President McKay called Brown to be an “apostle” at in 1958 when Liberal Stephen L. Richards died (2nd father to Hinckley ). When Republican J. Reuben Clark Jr died in 1961, guess who replaced him in the First Presidency for McKay? 78 year old Hugh B. Brown. Between 1961 and his death (1975) President Brown deliberately opposed 100% of the words of Apostle Ezra Taft Benson. Hinckley became an “apostle” in 1961. Who became Hinckley ’s 3rd Father image? Hugh B. Brown (between 58 – 75).
Gordon Hinckley was taught by Stephen L. Richards to be in both camps to learn what your enemy is doing. In his 1996 Biography: “Elder Stephen L. Richards, with whom he interacted almost daily, became the young writer’s mentor…the two of them got along famously…Indeed, other than his father, perhaps no individual had more influence on the young Gordon Hinckley than did Stephen L. Richards.” (pages 102-103) “Finally, Gordon Bitner Hinckley and Majorie Pay were married by Elder Stephen L. Richards in the Salt Lake Temple on April 29, 1937.” (page 116)
James E. Faust is exactly like Hinckley . Faust was a Democrat Utah Legislator in the 1950s. He became an “apostle” in 1978 when the blacks got the priesthood. Hinckley and Faust are experts in dirty politics. Their personal actions are greater than “words” with Larry King.
The Jared Trust
Jobs gained through D. Kyle Sampson for Utahns going to Washington DC (February, 2007):
Kyle Sampson, who recently resigned his title as Chief of Staff for Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Sampson didn't quit, he just gave up his title. Today, he is still drawing his full salary at the Department of Justice. Two of Sampson’s, and relatedly Gonzales', most staunch supporters in the media have been Rep. Chris Cannon (R-UT) and Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT). The relationships of these men and others who are outspoken for Sampson run deep and mysteriously. Sheldon Bradshaw, a former Bush deputy US Attorney General and now Counsel in the Food and Drug Administration, says Sampson has "an outstanding legal mind." Bradshaw is said to have slowed down the prosecution of tobacco companies by the FDA. Bradshaw also is first counselor to Kyle Sampson, in the same ward (district) where Sampson is the bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Salt Lake City. Sheldon graduated from Brigham Young University.
Corrine Larsen Bradshaw worked for Senator Orrin Hatch. Mrs. Bradshaw is the wife of the above Sheldon Bradshaw. She also was legislative director for Utah Senator Robert Bennett.
Elizabeth Cheney, daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney, is a good friend of Sampson’s and was a classmate of his in law school. It was Elizabeth who is said to have put a word in with her father to get Sampson a top job in the Bush administration. Hatch was also instrumental.
Sampson practiced law in Salt Lake City until 1999, when he then began working in the office of Senator Orrin Hatch.
Brad Berenson was an associate counsel to Bush in the first term. He states Sampson has "a shrewd political talent." Berenson is now Sampson’s lawyer in the US Attorney matter now under Congressional scrutiny.
An email released in the document dump this past Thursday suggests Sampson as early as 2005 may have tried to push US Attorney for Utah Paul Warner out of his job so Sampson could then be appointed US Attorney. Warner did leave his position in 2006 to become a federal magistrate.
The job in Utah as US Attorney was given to Brett Tolman, a former Senate Judiciary Committee staff member to Senator Arlen Specter, who Specter now blames for inserting the stealthy, last-minute paragraph into the Patriot Act renewal in March, 2006, permitting Bush to appoint US Attorneys without congressional approval. In essence, Tolman wrote and surreptitiously inserted the paragraph in the Patriot Act renewal that enabled him to get the job as US Attorney.
Another Utah resident, Taylor Oldroyd, now with the US Dept. of Agriculture, wrote a piece in an issue of the Brigham Young University alumni magazine, saying that he and other Sampson friends now have jobs in the Bush administration.
Brigham Young University recently removed Kyle Sampson’s photo from its online alumni magazine so that members of the media would not have access to it.
Bush nominated Charles R. Christopherson, Jr. to be chief financial officer of the Department of Agriculture. Christopherson graduated from Brigham Young Univ.
Timothy Flanagan, a friend of Sampson’s, was named as US Deputy Attorney General, despite opponents pointing out that Flanagan had no prosecutorial experience whatsoever. Flanagan previously worked at the disgraced Tyco Corporation. Flanagan is another Brigham Young alumnus.
Michael O’Neil is Chief Counsel of the Senate Judiciary Committee (see Brett Tolman, above). O’Neill also graduated from Brigham Young University.
Thomas Griffith was appointed to the DC Circuit Court, which hears appeals from the US District Court and reviews the decisions of a number of administrative agencies. Griffith also graduated from Brigham Young University.
Robert Clive Jones was nominated by Bush to the federal District Court judgeship. Jones also graduated from Brigham Young University.
Jay Bybee became the judge for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, nominated by Bush. Bybee listed one of his passions as serving the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, an international professional organization for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Bybee also graduated from Brigham Young University.
Ted Stewart, former chief of staff to the governor of Utah, was confirmed as a federal district court judge.
Utah District Court Judge Denise Posse-Blanco Lindberg testified on behalf of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts at his confirmation hearings. She was appointed to her state court position by Utah Governor Michael O. Leavitt, whom Bush chose as Secretary of Health and Human Services. She graduated from Brigham Young Univ.
Mormon Congressman Rep. John Doolittle, R-Calif is not running for re-election because he is very corrupt. Sixteen LDS members in Congress consist of five senators (Hatch, Bennett, Reid, Smith, Crapo), 10 House members and one delegate. Four of them are Democrats, they never endorsed Romney when he was running for President, but of the 12 Republican LDS members, only four actively endorsed Romney. Rep. Howard P. "Buck" McKeon, R-Calif., and Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho, are on the list of the LDS House members supporting Romney (Cannon, Bishop). But Rep. Wally Herger, R-Calif., and Rep. John Doolittle, R-Calif., didn’t endorse anyone. Freshman Rep. Dean Heller, R-Nev., and Rep. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., are Mormons for McCain.
Romney vs. Huckabee: This isn't the first time a Southern Baptist and a Mormon have battled for the White House—Mo Udall was a nonpracticing Mormon when he ran against Baptist Jimmy Carter for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1976.* The two faiths have struggled with each other for years. Most Americans know little about Mormonism, aside from rumors about the sacred undergarments some Mormons wear. But for the millions who attend Southern Baptist churches, this is hardly a new discussion. For nearly the past 40 years, the Southern Baptist Convention has devoted considerable effort to teaching its members about the dangers of Mormonism. In fact, probably no other organization in the nation has played a bigger role in perpetuating the idea that Mormonism is a cult than the Southern Baptist Convention.
California Congressman John Doolittle (Republican) was connected to many secret deals with corrupt CIA, Bush Administration men: John Doolittle was born in Glendale, Calif., and lives in Rocklin, Calif. He received a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, Calif. He served two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Argentina. In 1979, he worked as an aide to state Sen. H.L. Richardson, the conservative founder of Gun Owners of America and the Law and Order Campaign Committee. Doolittle served in the California Senate from 1981 to 1991. He was chairman of the Senate Republican Caucus from 1987 to 1990. He was first elected to the U.S. House in 1990. Doolittle and his wife, Julie, have two children. John Doolittle's conservative positions found him a place within former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's GOP leadership ladder. It also put the California Republican in an uncomfortable position after the Texas Republican's fall. When DeLay stepped down amid campaign finance improprieties and under indictment, Doolittle found himself defending his former mentor and defying critics who said he should return contributions from a disgraced lobbyist. Doolittle called Jack Abramoff a good friend, accepted tens of thousands of dollars from Abramoff and his lobbying clients. Doolittle interceded with the Interior Department on behalf of two Indian tribes Abramoff represented. His connections with Abramoff became an issue as federal investigators pursued a corruption probe into whether Abramoff bribed lawmakers and others. Politically secure in one of the most heavily Republican congressional districts in California, the staunchly defiant Doolittle remained defiant, insisting he did nothing wrong. Unlike many lawmakers, he refused to give away any of the Abramoff money. Despite the unwanted attention, Doolittle managed to revive one of his top goals: building a dam at Auburn. The extremely controversial plan was thought to have died after Doolittle struck a deal with former Rep. Bob Matsui, a California Democrat, to focus on levee repairs and improvements to Folsom Dam. But Hurricane Katrina and cost overruns at Folsom renewed interest in Auburn. As a member of the House Appropriations Committee, Doolittle secured funding for studies on moving Auburn forward. He also serves on the Budget and Administration committees
Finally the US Justice Department and local law enforcement agencies are thoroughly checking LDS Missionaries who are illegal aliens and having them arrested when coming home. How many illegals have done this con-job since the “every member a missionary” slogan happened at April, 1960 General Conference by President David O. McKay. This action, plus selling out the Church’s wholley-owned bank almost bankrupted the religious society – had it not been for Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD saving this bankruptcy in 1967.
Missionary's arrest sparks discussion, fear
Immigration » Undocumented immigrants serving the church face legal peril when traveling.
The arrest of an undocumented immigrant returning last week from his LDS mission has sparked discussion at the highest levels of the church about how to limit such exposure in the future.
"With the known realization that those risks exist, then we want to do better, or at least learn more," LDS apostle Jeffrey R. Holland, said Friday during an interview with The Salt Lake Tribune . "We want to be more precise, if we can, about how to help, how to make [a mission] the calmest, most spiritually rewarding experience for everybody."
Early last week, a missionary was detained at the Cincinnati airport for "lacking necessary documentation to board his flight home," according to Michael Purdy, LDS Church spokesman.
That triggered fears in the undocumented LDS community in Utah, and already prompted a change in how one Utah missionary returned home. The young man, a Salt Lake Valley resident, completed a mission in Oklahoma and was scheduled to return home two days after church leaders heard of the unrelated arrest in Ohio. The mission president contacted local Utah church leaders, and it was decided the missionary's uncle would drive out to Oklahoma to bring the missionary home, which he did.
"The travel department of the church has to rethink everything. Things have changed, and they need a whole new policy," said a local church official who was aware of the situation. "With ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] hitting them at the bus terminals and airports, this opens a whole new discussion. I don't know how many undocumented immigrants we have serving missions, but I'm sure this is going to repeat itself."
LDS Church leaders have had evolving policies on how to keep undocumented missionaries safe. But this is the first time Holland has heard of a missionary being arrested by immigration officials while serving.
"There's been an ongoing discussion of this for 15 years. These kind of incidents, or anything like it, would continue that discussion," said Holland, who is a member of the Missionary Executive Council. "We're always trying to do, always and forever, exactly what's legal, and in the spirit of that, be fair to everyone on the religious side, on the spiritual side, to have the spiritual benefits of [serving a mission]."
The reason, according to Holland, is simple.
"A mission is so fundamental to our blessings."
The LDS Church has changed its policies about mission calls for undocumented immigrants over time. Previously, they had to return to their country of origin for extended periods of time and then could serve. However, U.S. Sen. Bob Bennett, R-Utah, inserted language into a 2005 agricultural bill that absolves religious organizations of criminal liability for allowing their undocumented members to perform volunteer service, including mission work.
Church leaders do make certain accommodations for undocumented missionaries, including calling them only to missions within the United States. But leaders acknowledge the missionaries' potential legal jeopardy.
"They go knowing themselves that they're at risk, and nothing in our mission call changes that," Holland said. "They know that, and we know that, and we work within those parameters to have them be constructive, honorable, faithful, spiritual, religious emissaries for that period of service."
Sending undocumented immigrants on a mission, though, sends a mixed message, with the potential for "tragic" results for missionaries and their families, said Ron Mortensen of the Utah Coalition on Illegal Immigration.
"What the church has done is taken care of themselves and left the individual in a terrible position," Mortensen said. "They say 'We'll give you these benefits, but, oh by the way, if something happens to you, sorry.' "
Charles Kuck, president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, says this is one more example of why federal immigration reform is needed.
"You have kids who just have spent the two most important years in their lives now having to worry about being thrown in jail for not having proper documentation to get on a plane," said Kuck, a Brigham Young University graduate.
Holland says LDS leaders will continue to have discussions about making sure undocumented missionaries get home safely.
"Clearly we do take and always will take a great sense of responsibility for the safety of our missionaries in any part of the world."
Iraq for Sale: The Greedy War Profiteers
Robert Greenwald argues that the Iraq war is not a patriotic war or even a rescue war, but rather it is a profit war. And a war that probably began and definitely continues based on greed. Documentary filmmaker, Robert Greenwald, in his documentary film, “Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers” presents an expose of billion dollar profits by private U.S. corporations in Iraq. These profits come from over charging U.S. taxpayers for substandard services and supplies that endanger our troop’s health and safety without accountability. Good examples are sewage water instead of potable water and moldy tents instead of healthy living quarters. As depicted in this cinema vente; the health and lives of American soldiers and civilian employees seem to be expendable when they interfere with profits. This paper reviews Greenwald’s evidence.
Who are these private contractors, a.k.a. war profiteers who are making billions of dollars of unwarranted profits? The infamous list of exposed perpetrators consists of; Blackwater, Titan, CACI, and Halliburton/Kelly, Brown, and Root (KBR). Greenwald organized this film by contractor saving the most unscrupulous for last. We will now review these companies.
Greenwald shows Blackwater’s company logo, their mercenary soldiers in action, and their multi-million dollar contract awards. The costly hiring of these mercenaries is justified by low enlistment of armed forces. The viewer then learns of their actions. Blackwater, a private army, murdered even innocents in Iraq. They are blamed for the Fallujah massacre with incendiary bombs and other banned chemical weapons used against Iraqis, including women and children. These mercenaries “get away with murder” without accountability or justification. Bereaved family members were interviewed about the disregard Blackwater had for life of even their own private soldiers (Greenwald).
Former employees testify that Titan provided “untrained” interrogators and translators at the Abu Ghraib prison. The Titan interrogators took part in and, at times, directed the torturing of prisoners. The Titan translators were never tested, trained, or evaluated for accuracy of translation ability and/or integrity. The integrity of a translator is imperative. Interestingly, Titan did not require a resume, fingerprints, or criminal background check, much less security clearance as they were desperate for Arabic translators or they would lose their contract for multimillions of dollars (Greenwald).
Photographs and testimonies depict CACI as another firm that contracted with the U.S. to furnish untrained and incompetent translators and interrogators willing to torture. They provided outsourced torture primarily covered-up by CACI after media exposure. One prisoner, Shereef Alfered testified against CACI and Titan interrogators stating he was stripped nude along with other prisoners. Their penises were tied together, cutting off circulation. The prisoners were then pushed causing them agonizing pain and damage when they fell. Two types of men mocked and participated in this insane humiliation and abuse; those in military dress and those in civilian clothing of CACI and Titan (Greenwald).
Personal testimony by “scapegoat” Janis Karpinski, Brigadier General in charge of the military operations of Abu Ghraib blames Titan and CACI for her reprimand. Karpinski felt some of the abuse came from the civilian contractors who had no chain of command to report to and were never held accountable for their actions (Greenwald).
Now to discuss the “War Profiteer” Greenwald considered the most corrupt; Haliburton/KBR (KBR) ~ associated with Dick Cheney, Vice President. One depressed soldier in this film complained of sleeping in KBR-supplied moldy tents that made the soldiers sick while KBR private contractors stayed in lavish resort accommodations. Another soldier, Geoff Millard, Sergeant, U.S. National Guard, complained of the U.S. being charge $99 for one bag of incompetently washed laundry. Why did the laundry come back dirty? The KBR-provided water used for laundry, showering, washing hands and faces, brushing teeth, and making coffee was found to be concentrated sewage water! Yet, KBR received 425 million dollars a month to provide clean water. Ben Carter, water specialist, tested the water and found E-coli and Coli-form and other contaminants capable of causing cholera, dysentery, hepatitis A, jaundice, and typhoid. Also, cryptosporidium and giardia parasites and staphylococcus, streptococcus, and flesh-eating bacteria were found in samples. Even when confronted with the dangers of carbon filtration of sewage water, which just concentrates the toxins, KBR said the water was “adequate.” The good news is that soldiers can drink carbonated beverages produced in Iraq by KBR at the cost of $80 a can (Greenwald).
Shane Ratliff, a KBR truck driver was interviewed by Greenwald. He reported $80,000 new trucks being ordered burned by our military when KBR lacked a spare tire or an oil filter. This destruction allowed KBR to order new vehicles. Including Hummers, SUVs, and Cadillac Escalades leased at $7,000 a month costing $250,000 for a vehicle that is never owned. And the insanity continues! Burn pits are used for new merchandise, such as computers or wrong orders so that KBR can reorder and charge our government more money. “Cost Plus” contracts encourage waste because the more is spent, the greater the profit! (Greenwald).
KBR saves money by having set hours for meal times even when it means unprotected soldiers standing in line for food for over an hour while expecting to be bombed since Insurgents know the meal times. KBR former employee, Ratliff cried over the fate of our soldiers in Iraq and their abuse by KBR.
Greenwald included many testimonies of disabled KBR truck drivers and families of deceased truckers. They wept that precautions to protect employees were not taken; gaining KBR a reputation for “killing, bagging, and replacing people” in the name of profits. Many truckers died when empty truck cargos were ordered into unsafe conditions to enhance billing (Greenwald).
Greenwald includes footage of a Democrat in a Congressional Hearing pleading for reform and accuses KBR as being a corrupt “sacred cow.” KBR is known as a “sacred cow” due to such high political connections that they are “untouchable” and literally above the law! Greenwald included this important Congressional footage so viewers see how KBR is perceived in Washington D.C. Graphic displays showed influential names and positions with arrows showing the connections. Vice President Dick Cheney is a former CEO for KBR. Is this why KBR is untouchable while being paid billions for corrupt practices? Does Cheney still have stock in this company? Graphs depicted their rising stock values. The present CEO of Halliburton/KBR makes 42 million a year and KBR has made billions without any government oversight. And the corruption is immense (Greenwald).
Unfortunately, our government knows exactly what is going on as evidenced by a series of Congressional Hearings imploring the Senate and the House to pass bills which would allow an oversight committee to hold private contractors responsible for overbilling, incompetence, and abuse. Film footage of these congressional hearings is included in the DVD “Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers.” Time after time, this author watched Democrats emphatically plead for passage of bills that would curtail this corruption. Time after time the bills were defeated by the Republicans. One bill simply asked that private contractors found by an oversight committee to overcharge the government more than $100 million dollars be rejected for future contracts. Incredibly, the Republicans refused to pass this bill!
This causes viewer to ask, “Who is buying them off?” and “How much money are they making with every soldier that dies?” “Is this the reason for the extension of the war, to make as much money as possible before the public finds out and demands accountability and restitution?” “Who are all of the players getting rich off of the increased stocks and profits of these ‘War Profiteers’?” And here, many Americans had thought this was a patriotic war to free an oppressed people, while others presumed the war, initiated by fraudulent claims, was just about Iraq’s oil. Oh, the ignorance of the uninformed!
Greenfield is shown on film with assistants repeatedly contacting these War Profiteers for explanations. The viewers heard the excuses and even apparent lies from company representatives protecting their superiors. Greenfield tried to be unbiased and have the other side of the story heard. Ignore the opposition seemed to be the strategy they encountered (Greenwald).
In conclusion, Greenfield captured the emotional testimonies of soldiers and civilians. The authentic film footage lent credibility. And the weariness of defeated Democrats showed the supporters of corruption. Again, we reiterate; what are we doing in Iraq? Was this war initiated and prolonged due to profit with pay-offs to lawmakers? Are the law makers merely greedy stockholders looking the other way? This film documented over charging, and abuse by the “War Profiteers” based on greed over patriotism. There was no regard for our soldiers or American tax payers. This injustice needs to be known. And yet, a short eight-minute presentation was banned from being shown in Congress! While the people sleep in ignorance, the absolute power corrupts absolutely. This was a documentary that prompted action. The emotional appeal is evident throughout. This author wrote to a Democrat Congressman who tried to pass bills to stop the corruption and to support our troops. It is time for the truth to be known! (Note: both parties are controlled or corrupt to a large extent)

Dear Ms. Mahoney,
Congratulations for the many interesting years you have served since I met you in Washington DC years ago. I was looking at hiring you or Dr. M. Karlynn Hinman PhD (Kirton & McConkie partner) back in 1997 to represent thousands of LDS members who were stockholders in Kanco Energy, Inc. after we had caught Zions First National Bank stealing our federal mining claims in Nye County, Nevada which became the Bullfrog Mine (2nd largest underground gold mine in the US in the 1990s). Lamond Mills was our Nevada attorney (former US Attorney in Nevada nominated by President Ronald Reagan). We believe Lamond Mills mysterious died on February 25, 2004, caused by agents of Zions Bank because we stopped the merger of Zions and First Security Bank by ensuring a S.E.C. investigation which revealed fraudulent financials.
You were second only to Dr. Hinman as the best LDS female attorney. For years Dr. Hinman was working in New York City while her husband (Tom Santis) was a NY cop. When former Utah Supreme Court Judge Dallin H. Oaks made a gender slur against Dr. Hinman for being the first “female partner” at Kirton & McConkie for the LDS Church, Karlynn responded by resigning and agreeing to be the attorney for Kanco Energy, Inc. Stockholders. Good luck in representing Judge Jay Bybee. He was very close to my dad and Jay’s relative, McClain Bybee with the LDS Foundation (Deseret Management Corporation, richest corporation in the world) in many years in Nevada stealing federal mining claims from Mormons. Lamond Mills was tired of this fraud. You have been very busy in Washington DC.
Since Eric Holder Jr. has been the US Attorney General we have supplied countless information against your client, Judge Bybee which needs your review. Because you claim you are pro bono, we challenge this claim and believe you have been politically recruited by President Thomas S. Monson and Zions First National Bank (funding) to represent him. He will pay the price for breaking the law regardless of your non-ethical representation.
Since 2006 I have worked with Prosecuting Attorney Brian Bailey, US Justice Department in a Criminal trial in Salt Lake City, August, 2008 where a jury convicted Missouri attorney Thomas T. Wood (former Hawaiian Deputy AG) for tax evasion. He was an agent for Zions Bank and the 1st Presidency of the Mormon Church to keep Kanco stockholders and away from Missouri.
Before I was born, my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD, served an LDS Mission to Ohio-Illinois area and it was during World War II. Clyde left Salem, Utah in June, 1941 and soon witnessed the terror on Americans caused by the Pearl Harbor attack that December. By 1943 Clyde was one of the very few young men not involved as a soldier in this area and was given a radio program to talk to the people as a voice of comfort and trust in God. Every week he told them a story about an ancient civilization who lived right where they were living and how they were protected by God through faith and hard word. Clyde finished his Mormon mission in June, 1944 and immediately enlisted to be a pilot. He was transferred to the ‘secret code’ department. One of the listeners to Elder Davis back in 1943 was Missouri Senator Harry S. Truman (since 1935). When Senator Truman became Vice-President of the United States on January 20, 1945, he located Clyde and they became good friends. Just a few months later, April 12, 1945, Truman became President of the United States. President Truman placed twenty-four year old Clyde Davis as one of the most trusted men in America. From that day forward, Dr. Davis certified that the true location of the Book of Mormon history was on the Mississippi/Ohio Rivers – Great Lakes area. He connected how the power of the Lord created the New Madrid, Missouri Earthquake and how the Lord opened up many Hopewell caves. The Davis movie connects Clyde and the 1963 Hopewell connection of ancient mounds. As the geologist for the United States, Dr. Davis, convinced many scholars and historians to re-open the ancient mound builders research to the period of 200 BC – 500 AD. This was accomplished in 1963 through Clyde. The life of Dr. Davis (like Robert Langdon, 2009 movie Angels & Demons and 2006 movie The Da Vinci Code) walking the audience through his own personal life experiences and connecting the Hopewell Civilization.
ATLAS believes we have discovered parts of the treasures of King Solomon’s Temple located in a cavern in Southern Illinois that will be displayed in our Museum. ATLAS will be opening up this cave later this year, in co-operation with the National Museum of Washington DC. The brilliant success of the righteous Nephite Nation between the time Jesus appeared and set up His Church, with 12 Disciples leading through the “spirit of the law” for over two hundred years is best quoted in 4 Nephi 1:6-8; 12, 18, 24-25:
“…and even until fifty and nine years had passed away. And the Lord did prosper them exceedingly in the land; yea, insomuch that they did build cities again where there had been cities burned. Yea, even that great city Zarahemla did they cause to be built again….And they did not walk any more after the performances and ordinances of the law of Moses; but they did walk after the commandments which they had received from their Lord and their God….And how blessed were they! For the Lord did bless them in all their doings; yea, even they were blessed and prospered until an hundred and ten years had passed away; and the first generation from Christ had passed away, and there was no contention in all the land….And now, in this two hundred and first year there began to be among them those who were lifted up in pride, such as the wearing of costly apparel, and all manner of fine pearls, and of the fine things of the world. And from that time forth they did have their goods and their substance no more common among them.”
The preservation of this country’s prehistoric and historic heritage has a long tradition of community support and academic and political interest. Federal preservation legislation, commencing in 1906, reflects the national value and significance that U.S. prehistoric and historic cultural resources possess, whether managed by Federal, State, or local governments or private citizens. As the National Historic Preservation Act asserts. . . the preservation of this irreplaceable heritage is in the public interest so that its vital legacy of cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational, economic, and energy benefits will be maintained and enriched for future generations of Americans. Virtually every congressional district contains federally managed sites, structures, or landscapes of prehistoric and historic interests.
The ATLAS Museum and Research Center will be working as a private college with many local, national and international organizations because we believe the inventory of these ancient cultural resources is far from complete. There are many sites, structures, and landscapes with prehistoric or historic significance which may not be cataloged and protected before they have been destroyed or dramatically altered. The boundaries separating the practice of archaeology and the preservation of historic structures and historic landscapes are becoming increasingly indistinct. Preservation professionals apply many of the same technologies to the study and conservation of sites, structures, and landscapes we will follow.
Vatican Library in Rome Closes: Saint Louis University Becomes Hub for World's Leading Scholars
ST. LOUIS -- On Saturday, July 14, 2007 the Vatican Library in Rome is closing for a three-year renovation. The closure will make Missouri’s Saint Louis University's renowned Vatican Film Library even more important for the world's leading scholars and researchers. One of the world's oldest public libraries, the Vatican Library, has closed for rebuilding. It is not expected to reopen before September 2010.
The Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library, located in the University's Pius XII Memorial Library, holds microfilm copies of approximately 37,000 of the Vatican Library's 70,000 manuscript codices. Because of this extensive collection, officials from Rome are encouraging scholars to come to St. Louis, Missouri during the renovation period.
Holding major portions of the Vatican's Greek, Latin and Western European vernacular collections as well as materials in Arabic, Ethiopic and Hebrew, the Vatican Film Library at Saint Louis University is one of the largest and most comprehensive libraries in the world for medieval and Renaissance manuscript studies. The Vatican Film Library also has microfilm of some of history's most important treasures, including early complete texts of the Bible and early works of Virgil.
The Mormon Church leaders have wanted to take ownership of the Burrows Cave for years.
In 1983 Johnson-Matthey opened up the first US gold refinery operation in Salt Lake City, Utah. This corporation is owned by the Strickland Family (Rothschild). Gene Strickland was the college roommate of Arn Ufford at Texas A & M. When they both graduated, Arn Ufford was hired by the Central Intelligence Agency to be the body-guard of Gene Strickland. Ufford was a mining metallurgist expert and worked for Texas Instruments as a “cover” for his employment with the CIA. His expertise was locating caverns and other formations containing raw and ancient precious metals. ATLAS professionally believes the ancient gold illegally removed from the Leroy Boughan property during the 1980s was processed at this refinery. The following is a website about this refinery.

Mind Control is graphic by Mormon leaders. The best example came from Hal Eyring and Gordon Hinckley: In the 2008 June’s Ensign, LDS President Hal Eyring said, “In our own time we have been warned with counsel on where to find safety...One of the keys to recognizing those warnings is that they are repeated.”
The first time President Hinckley mentioned Pharaoh’s dream was in 1998 when he said, “I wish to speak to you about temporal matters. As a backdrop for what I wish to say, I read to you a few verses from the 41st chapter of Genesis where Pharaoh, the ruler of Egypt, dreamed dreams which greatly troubled him...‘And I saw in my dream…seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good: And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.’ Then Joseph’s interpretation, ’Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt: And there shall arise after them seven years of famine. . . And God will shortly bring it to pass.’ (Gen. 41:20, 26, 30, 32). Now, brethren, I want to make it very clear that I am not prophesying, that I am not predicting years of famine in the future. But I am suggesting that the time has come to get our houses in order… There is a portent of stormy weather ahead to which we had better give heed...That’s all I have to say about it, but I wish to say it with all the emphasis of which I am capable.” A portent means something of prophetic or ominous significance. President Hinckley also spoke of the fragile economy, how people are living off of their borrowings instead of earnings and how paying interest is financial bondage. He said that he hoped that there wouldn’t be a depression…twice, but then said he is concerned about all the debt our members are carrying. He talked about how Elder Faust paid off his mortgage quickly, and how happy that has made him.
President Hinckley again referenced Pharaoh’s dream just weeks after the 9/11 terrorist attack in his talk, “The Times In Which We Live.” Pres. Hinckley said, “The economy is particularly vulnerable. We have been counseled again and again concerning self-reliance, concerning debt, concerning thrift. So many of our people are heavily in debt for things that are not entirely necessary.” Then he talked about getting a modest home and paying it off as quickly as possible. He said, “We cannot provide against every contingency. But we can provide against many contingencies. Let the present situation remind us that this we should do. As we have been continuously counseled for more than 60 years, let us have some food set aside that would sustain us for a time in case of need…” He then referenced Pharaoh’s dream when he said, “I do not know what the future holds. I do not wish to sound negative, but I wish to remind you of the warnings of scripture and the teachings of the prophets which we have had constantly before us. I cannot forget the great lesson of Pharaoh’s dream of the fat and lean kine and of the full and withered stalks of corn. I cannot dismiss from my mind the grim warnings of the Lord as set forth in the 24th chapter of Matthew. I am familiar, as are you, with the declarations of modern revelation that the time will come when the earth will be cleansed and there will be indescribable distress, with weeping and mourning and lamentation (see D&C 112:24). Now, I do not wish to be an alarmist. I do not wish to be a prophet of doom.”
Said President Hinckley in October Conference in 2005, “What (calamities) we have experienced in the past was all foretold, and the end is not yet. Just as there have been calamities in the past, we expect more in the future. What do we do? Someone has said it was not raining when Noah built the ark. But he built it, and the rains came…We can heed warnings …We are told by seismologists that the Salt Lake Valley is a potential earthquake zone…We have built grain storage and storehouses and stocked them with the necessities of life in the event of a disaster. But the best storehouse is the family storeroom. In words of revelation the Lord has said, “Organize yourselves; prepare every needful thing” (D&C 109:8). Our people for three-quarters of a century have been counseled and encouraged to make such preparation as will assure survival should a calamity come. We can set aside some water, basic food, medicine, and clothing to keep us warm. We ought to have a little money laid aside in case of a rainy day…”
This talk was given exactly seven years from the date that President Hinckley first gave (as I call it) his “seven years of plenty talk.” In it he again mentioned the dream of Pharaoh when he said, “Let us never lose sight of the dream of Pharaoh concerning the fat cattle and the lean, the full ears of corn and the blasted ears, the meaning of which was interpreted by Joseph to indicate years of plenty and years of scarcity.”
Sincerely,
Steven C. Davis, PI/Trustee

Judge Bybee Lands Pro-Bono Help From Latham’s Mahoney
April 17, 2009
Ninth Circuit judge Jay Bybee got some good news yesterday, when the Attorney General in Spain rejected prosecutors’ decision to bring criminal charges against him and five other former Bush officials over the treatment of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.
But his celebration was likely dampened a bit with word that the Justice Department had released detailed memos penned by former Bush administration lawyers describing the harsh techniques used by CIA operatives on detainees from 2002 to 2005. Bybee, then an assistant attorney general, authored one of the memos.
Might there be ramifications for Jay Bybee, whose memo sanctions waterboarding because it does not inflict “prolonged mental harm?” An article today in the Recorder examines the issue.
“As we understand it,” Bybee wrote, “when the waterboard is used, the subject’s body responds as if the subject were drowning — even though the subject may be well aware that he is in fact not drowning. You have informed us that this procedure does not inflict actual physical harm. Thus, although the subject may experience the fear or panic associated with the feeling of drowning, the waterboard does not inflict physical pain.”
The Obama Administration assured CIA employees Thursday that they would not be prosecuted, but the White House has offered no cover to Bybee or other government lawyers.
So for now, Bybee is on his own. The good news, however, he’s got a nationally recognized lawyer on his side, Latham & Watkins’s Maureen Mahoney, who’s handling the case pro bono. In an e-mail Thursday, Mahoney said Bybee has recused himself from Latham cases, but offered no further comment on his case.
Dear friends,
The following is a powerful article on the extent of abuse and torture committed by the US military and contractors in Iraq. The US media have failed to cover the abuse and rape of Iraqi children. Thanks to people like Seymour Hersh of the New Yorker and William Rivers Pitt of the excellent news source truthout.org, some people are learning the truth. Please help to spread the news so that this kind of abuse never happens again.
Torturing Children
By William Rivers Pitt
t r u t h o u t | Perspective
Tuesday 20 July 2004
The biggest story of the Iraq war is not about missing weapons of mass destruction, or about deep-cover CIA officers getting their covers blown by vengeful White House agents, or even about 896 dead American soldiers. These have been covered to one degree or another, and then summarily dismissed by the American mainstream news media. The biggest story of the Iraq war has not enjoyed any coverage in America, though it has been exploding across the international news media for several weeks now.
The biggest story of the Iraq war is about the torture of Iraqi children.
A German TV magazine called 'Report Mainz' recently aired accusations from the International Red Cross, to the effect that over 100 children are imprisoned in U.S.- controlled detention centers, including Abu Ghraib. "Between January and May of this year, we've registered 107 children, during 19 visits in 6 different detention locations," said Red Cross representative Florian Westphal in the report.
The report also outlined eyewitness testimony of the abuse of these children. Staff Sergeant Samuel Provance, who was stationed at Abu Ghraib, said that interrogating officers had gotten their hands on a 15 or 16 year old girl. Military police only stopped the interrogation when the girl was half undressed. A separate incident described a 16 year old being soaked with water, driven through the cold, smeared with mud, and then presented before his weeping father, who was also a prisoner.
Seymour Hersh, the New Yorker reporter who first broke the story of torture at Abu Ghraib, recently spoke at an ACLU convention. He has seen the pictures and the videotapes the American media has not yet shown. "The boys were sodomized with the cameras rolling, and the worst part is the soundtrack, of the boys shrieking," said Hersh. "And this is your government at war."
Hersh described the prison scene as, "a series of massive crimes, criminal activity by the president and the vice president, by this administration," and that there has been, "a massive amount of criminal wrongdoing that was covered up at the highest command out there, and higher."
Reports of abuses at Abu Ghraib and other American prisons have been public knowledge since the release of the Taguba Report. Recently, however, some 106 annexes to the report, previously classified, have also been released. U.S. News and World Report detailed the sum of what is contained in these annexes in an article titled 'Hell on Earth.'
In it, U.S. News says, "The abuses took place, the files show, in a chaotic and dangerous environment made even more so by the constant pressure from Washington to squeeze intelligence from detainees. Riots, prisoner escapes, shootings, corrupt Iraqi guards, unsanitary conditions, rampant sexual misbehavior, bug-infested food, prisoner beatings and humiliations, and almost-daily mortar shellings from Iraqi insurgents--according to the annex to General Taguba's report, that pretty much sums up life at Abu Ghraib." According to coalition intelligence officers cited in a Red Cross report from last May, between 70% to 90% of Iraqi detainees held in these prisons were arrested "by mistake." That means they were innocent.
The orders to treat prisoners in this fashion were not manufactured by the few "bad apples" we have heard about, but came from up on high. Brig. Gen Janis Karpinski, former commander of Abu Ghraib and now scapegoat for the abuses, says the truth about where the orders came from would be revealed in the trials of the accused soldiers. Memos ordering the abuse of prisoners were signed by Defense Secretary Rumsfeld. The Justice Department and Mr. Bush's senior legal advisor went out of their way to craft arguments justifying this, claiming that torture isn't really torture and that the President is basically above the law.* see below
Mr. Hersh will revisit this issue within the next several weeks. In the meantime, the American news media has an obligation to report on this situation. Photographic and videotape evidence of this torture is currently in the hands of the New Yorker, the Washington Post, the U.S. Congress and the White House. It must be released.
We invaded a country based upon the false claim that Iraq was allied with al Qaeda. We invaded a country based on the false claim that there were weapons of mass destruction which needed to be destroyed. We promised freedom and democracy, and instead installed a CIA-trained strongman named Allawi who has all but created a dictatorship in Iraq, and who has been accused of killing Iraqi prisoners by his own hand. 896 American soldiers have died so we could do this.
We took thousands of innocent civilians off the streets in Iraq and threw them into hellhole prisons, where they were beaten, raped, and killed. This story has faded from public view because no new pictures of the abuses have come out in the last several weeks. Those pictures are out there, and they show the rape and torture of children. The international media is reporting on it. Coalition ally Norway may be preparing to flee Iraq because of the allegations regarding these children.
Where is the American news media? Where are the pictures? Who is responsible for this abomination? Torturing children in the name of freedom? Is this what we have become?
- Cathy O'Brien, mind-control sex slave victim stated in front of witnesses in July of 2001 that she had seen Orrin Hatch with two mind-control sex slaves.
- Neal A. Maxwell, recently deceased Apostle in the LDS church was married to a Hinckley and WAS a CIA agent as reported in the SLC Tribune Newspaper. Neal was involved in the MKUltra Mind Control.
- Neal worked for Wallace Bennett (father to Bob Bennett) back in Washington DC. Robert Bennett and Bill Bennett.
- Senator Byrd, George Bush, Sr. & Jr., Dick Cheney, are all mentioned in Cathy O'Brian's Book "Trance Formation of America" as being involved with the MKUltra Mind Control project.
- Cathy O'Brien names names of those responsible for the sexual abuse, mind control involving drugs and torture which was done by government leaders, CIA agents, psychologists, military leaders, Catholic Religious Leaders, LDS Religious Leaders.
- There are CD's available that contain over 28,000 documents of MKUltra proof (see their site).
- All information presented in her book was reviewed by a panel of lawyers and judges before her expose book was published. She has not been sued for slander or defamation because it's true.
- Senator Frank Church exposed the reality of the MKUltra mind control in late 70's in U.S. Congressional Hearings (video available on the net)
- The torture in Iraq is true. The torture being justified by LDS Judge Jay Bybee is true.
- LDS political leaders backing up his justification of torture is true. Rumsfield signed the memo approving torture. All of the corruption needs to be exposed. They can no longer come up with an "excuse" to cover their justification of evil actions.
- Just as the Catholic Priests have been exposed in their cover-up sexual abuse, Gordon B. Hinckley and other LDS Hierarchy need to be exposed in their corruption. Gordon B. Hinckley is responsible for the theft of the "Lord's Gold Mine" (Bullfrog Mine, Nevada) while he served on Zion's Bank Board. Afterall, who would dare to make war with the anti-Christ? (see "Daniels Prophecy" on this website)
- In Cathy O'Brien's book she quotes Senator Frank Byrd member of the KuKluxKlan justifying the atrocities of mind control/torture/sexual abuse to bring about the prophesied One World Order Millennium of Peace and states that "afterall the Pope and the Mormon Prophet are fully in support of the MKUltra mind control program" (Brien, p. 118-119).
If the crime is big enough and the elite wealthy enough, they get away with it!

Bush and the torturing of Iraq's children
By: Jack Dalton
Online Journal Contributing Writer.
" . . . some men in order to present the supposed intentions of their adversaries have committed the most enormous cruelties . . ."—Clearchus, a Spartan General 500B.C.
July 23, 2004—It appears that the torturing of Iraq's children is now a part of the Bush cabal's "policy" of "bringing democracy, liberation and freedom" to the Iraqi people. This goes way past just simply outrageous.
Of the 535 members of Congress, only one member has a child in Iraq, or in uniform for that matter. Not one within the executive branch can make any such claim, as not one of their children is in uniform, let alone in Iraq.
These are the people sending your sons and daughters off to kill and be killed in this Bush murderous misadventure in Iraq.
Perpetual war for perpetual peace. In the meantime the dead grow in numbers like some kind of obscene monument basking in the self-righteousness of Bush and his group of Mayberry Machiavellis. Now come the reports of the torturing of children.
The horrific reports of torture, rape and murder at Abu Gharib, as well as the other prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan, are disappearing from the U.S. media, while not one word has been "reported" by them on the torture of children at the hands of U.S. personnel. So much for keeping the public informed.
For over a week I've been reading reports from multiple sources, the International Red Cross, UNICEF, Amnesty International, about the young kids being held by the U.S. and the torture of them that has been caught on tape; but still no word in the U.S. media.
The reports are in the hands of our Congress, but still not one word in the corporate media, nor from Congress. What ever happened to the right of the public to be kept informed?
Seymore Hersh, a reporter for the New Yorker magazine, has yet to release the videos in his possession of the torturing of these children, but as he said, he is not done reporting on this. He said the worst was the screams of young boys being sodomized by U.S. personnel at the Abu Ghraib prison.
What has happened to the soul of this nation that it can and will allow this kind of thing to happen and at the same time still support those that created the situation that sanctions the rape and torture of children? Is this a part of the American "values" we keep being told about by Bush and those that support him?
So much for "Christian American values." It's our actions that are hated with such passion not our "freedoms."
It behooves me to understand how the torturing of children is making America safer from those we are told "hate our freedoms." Good grief people, the lunatics are in charge of the asylum!
How can anyone continue to support this? You cannot separate support for Bush from events like this. Doesn't anyone understand this? Continued support for him is continued support for what is being done, including the rape and torture of children.
I do not know what country I now reside in, as it is not the country I served in uniform and war, nor is it the country I grew up learning about and believing in during the '40s and '50s.
This country pontificates and pats itself on the back about being a nation of law, compassion, truth, justice and that believes in God. It does this while being eyeball deep in the commission of war crimes. If the torturing of children does not fit the definition of war crimes, nothing does.
There is no justification for the torturing of children for any reason, under any circumstances by anyone, anytime, ever . . . period, end of story.
Due to and because of this, I accuse George W. Bush and his entire administration of:crimes against humanity, Abuse of power and office, and war crimes. Each and every one of them, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, et al, should be tried for what they are . . . war criminals.
While children are being tortured in Iraq, the headline story on CNN is about the torturing of chickens by KFC suppliers. What has happened to this country's priorities? Where is its conscience and soul?

Will Obama prove himself to be good? Why is the Iraq War still prolonged? We believe, Bush, Jr. should have clean up his father's messes (partner with Sadam Hussain, One World Order MKUltra Mind Control pervert, corrupt business dealings, drugs, etc.) and get rid of Cheney (henchman with Bush, Sr. in all of the above, guilty of bribery with Haliburton, etc.) and all other masonic, One World Order controllers. Omission is worse than commission. Clean up the mess or confess that you are a puppet!~
